This Dutch Bros used to be my favorite location but lately it's been so hit or miss. For the most part, the service is always amazing. Everyone who works here is personable and eager to spark a conversation. I continue to appreciate that. My issue is the consistency with quality, accuracy, and attention to detail. These issues range from forgetting my strawberry real fruit in my drink, being skipped, handing me cups with faulty lids and knew they were faulty more than once, and worst not putting my drinks in the carrier properly causing it to spill inside my car and not wanting to even give me a rag to help clean it up. The response I got was yeah, they can be a little faulty. Wow! It's disappointing to have experienced all these issues in less than a month. I was happy to know there was one just down the freeway from me. Now, I just wish there was one closer to me so I can enjoy the drink more often. Customer service is excellent! I get a water with a pump of strawberry and a pump of sugar free peach, sugar free coconut, sugar free strawberry and watermelon. Delicious and cheap! To my dismay, watermelon is not sugar free. Love this dutch bros. However tonight was an usual night. I had placed a mobile order about 10 minutes before arriving, when I arrived there were about 3-4 cars waiting for their drink and another car getting their order taken. The car in front of us took about 10 minutes, which we didn't mind (sometimes cars just order for the family and such). When it was our turn to order, a crew member asked the attendant if she needed help because all cars in the drive thru were gone and she was the one holding up the line. The attendant proceeded to say "no it's just that when i get in a conversation i get into it." Which is fine, its the dutch bros motto to be a friend, but this crew member kept referring to my party as babe, love, and other endearing words that weren't really necessary. By the time we got our drinks, our shakes had been watered down, our cup holders had been seeped through, and our iced drinks were missing iced. Not sure if this is because they made them once the order was put in or because the person on the tablet was taking their time with the people in front of us, but this has never happened especially when there is hardly any people in line!! read more

She told me to go to the window when I hadn't even ordered yet and then seemed bothered that I was there when I was just listening to her direction. When taking my order, she made it clear that she was unhappy and was snappy with me by interrupting me with "huh???". Since she told me to go to the window (btw she was making eye contact when she did it and was also making a gesture to rush me), it caused a customer to get angry with me since he thought I was trying to cut him. They're friendly but efficient! Drinks are always consistently great. I def don't recommend going where they're doing the freebie items, unless it's sticker weds! I've had issues with their mobile pickup orders. I've placed orders through the app twice now, and both times the system didn't register my order on their end. I ended up waiting a long time for them to make it along with others as well. The staff is always nice about it, but it defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. Would love to see the app or order system updated so pickup orders actually show up for the baristas. I'd come more often if it worked the way it's supposed to. read more

If you don't mind waiting in long lines for your drink then this is the place. They have a long list of drinks from coffees, cold brew, energy drinks, shakes, smoothies and even sodas. You can customize your drink in so many different ways. They offer a lot of sugar free options and as a diabetic I appreciate that a lot. Most places only carry one or two. There is limited parking I g he front but if you head to the back of the lot there's more. There's no seating here just keep that in mind. But everyone is always so cheerful and helpful. read more
