I can't believe I have to share this but I'm so upset and all reviews can't be positive. I went to Dutch today, it's the return of the Magonada and a new coffee drink, the coconut cream pie latte. I ordered the coconut cream pie latte SF w/ protein milk - no problems there. I wouldn't get the drink again though because in my opinion it tasted nothing like coconut. It just tasted like a sweet coffee. Here's the problem with today's visit. I also ordered a medium "The Juice" Dutch 2.o blended. When I was waiting at the window, I could see the girl struggling with the lid not snapping to the cup. I assumed she fixed it because she handed it the girl at the window. When I went to move the drink I noticed the lid was faulty and would snap on. Instead of switching the cup and the lid she choice to have it served knowing it could potentially spill everywhere. What if this was a hot coffee. It's bad enough it's a red drink and would've stained whatever it spilled on. I had to pull around and get out of my car and when addressing it with the gentleman at the window I told him to ask her why she would serve a drink with a faulty lid. He didn't want to ask her and fixed the drink. I'm so disappointed in this Dutch Bros today. It was a quality control issue that could've been resolved by simply pouring the drink into another cup and they didn't do that! read more

I was happy to know there was one just down the freeway from me. Now, I just wish there was one closer to me so I can enjoy the drink more often. Customer service is excellent! I get a water with a pump of strawberry and a pump of sugar free peach, sugar free coconut, sugar free strawberry and watermelon. Delicious and cheap! To my dismay, watermelon is not sugar free. Although the drinks are alright, the drive through system they have is absolutely obnoxious. I got told to wait for an extra car that wasn't even done ordering their drink yet because "that's how it's put into the system" instead of a first come first served. Love this dutch bros. However tonight was an usual night. I had placed a mobile order about 10 minutes before arriving, when I arrived there were about 3-4 cars waiting for their drink and another car getting their order taken. The car in front of us took about 10 minutes, which we didn't mind (sometimes cars just order for the family and such). When it was our turn to order, a crew member asked the attendant if she needed help because all cars in the drive thru were gone and she was the one holding up the line. The attendant proceeded to say "no it's just that when i get in a conversation i get into it." Which is fine, its the dutch bros motto to be a friend, but this crew member kept referring to my party as babe, love, and other endearing words that weren't really necessary. By the time we got our drinks, our shakes had been watered down, our cup holders had been seeped through, and our iced drinks were missing iced. Not sure if this is because they made them once the order was put in or because the person on the tablet was taking their time with the people in front of us, but this has never happened especially when there is hardly any people in line!! read more

The girl at the window (the one with the strong blush) was rude to me. She told me to go to the window when I hadn't even ordered yet and then seemed bothered that I was there when I was just listening to her direction. When taking my order, she made it clear that she was unhappy and was snappy with me by interrupting me with "huh???". Since she told me to go to the window (btw she was making eye contact when she did it and was also making a gesture to rush me), it caused a customer to get angry with me since he thought I was trying to cut him. Overall very bad experience because the girl at the window misdirected me. Hopefully the new Dutch Bros hires actually nice employees. read more

This place is always really packed (any time of the day) but they don't bother with the jibber jabber and get you going through lines quick! This is my preference for sure!! They're friendly but efficient! Drinks are always consistently great. I def don't recommend going where they're doing the freebie items, unless it's sticker weds! I've had issues with their mobile pickup orders. I've placed orders through the app twice now, and both times the system didn't register my order on their end. I ended up waiting a long time for them to make it along with others as well. The staff is always nice about it, but it defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. Would love to see the app or order system updated so pickup orders actually show up for the baristas. I'd come more often if it worked the way it's supposed to. read more

If you don't mind waiting in long lines for your drink then this is the place. They have a long list of drinks from coffees, cold brew, energy drinks, shakes, smoothies and even sodas. You can customize your drink in so many different ways. They offer a lot of sugar free options and as a diabetic I appreciate that a lot. Most places only carry one or two. There is limited parking I g he front but if you head to the back of the lot there's more. There's no seating here just keep that in mind. But everyone is always so cheerful and helpful. read more

The line was so long! They had three or 4 people taking orders, but it seemed like they were focusing on one line since 7 people that pulled up after me had their orders taken first. The order takers did not have menus on them, so you pretty much have to ask lots of questions to get a drink. After forever in line, I get to the window, and a girl asks me.."Are you missing something?" Yes...all my drinks. So she says ok and walks away. Another girl walks up and says, do these look like yours? This went on for a couple of more times. Meanwhile, inside the store, a party is going on.
