Every time you go in here 3 or more fuel pumps DO NOT WORK pump 28 will accept all your credit card information but will not give you fuel and will NOT LET YOU CLOSE IT OUT you have to walk inside to close the pump and it you go to pump 27 the buttons to press for TRUCK DOES NOT WORK you have to walk back inside to reopen another broken pump and don't go to the one closest to the store it was YELLOW PLASTIC tied around it says it's broken too trucks spend a lot on fuel and I don't understand why they HAVE TO CHARGE US FOR PARKING TOO read more

Convenient gas station next to the 60 Freeway. This is a great truck stop for truckers and there appear to be showers available to them. I had one incident last week where the employee Alfredo was either trying to rob me of change or simply does not care about his job. He had a "whatever" attitude; that was his exact quote. I found this truck stop/rest stop to be pretty awesome. Easy parking, super clean, updated restrooms, great convenience store with coffee & soda dispensers a big refrigerated section with lots of choices, canned & dry goods, small drugstore selection (which had exactly what I was needing at this exact moment) and a Cinnabon with freshly frosted cinnamon buns -- they were frosting the buns on the spot. Lots of self check out stations with no waiting, in addition to super friendly checkout personnel waiting to help. read more

I've had a disappointing experience at this Pilot location. Despite being a facility intended for professional drivers, the services were subpar. I waited an hour for a shower, despite two being available, and the staff seemed unresponsive. Additionally, the parking policy is questionable, requiring either 50 gallons of fuel or a $20 payment for parking. I urge Pilot management to address these concerns, as they are causing undue stress for drivers who expect a satisfactory experience. read more

I come here regularly for the competitive gas prices. I have the pilotmyrewards app for an extra 10 cents off per gallon. I did have trouble redeeming other coupons on the app though. And half the time the receipt paper is out/not working so that can be annoying. The restrooms were big and clean when I went to use them. The store itself is smaller than the other flying js I've been to but still has warm food and snacks available for purchase. Also located conveniently by the freeway. read more

I travel all around the United States as a high value pilot security for truckers and one thing for sure, California, specifically Southern California, is the least friendly for travelers and truckers. This is why we prefer Loves travel stop cause they never kick out their customers for overnight stay. We had to wake up our driver cause we had to move him as well with his time depleted for the day which means they don't care even if these truckers get pulled over by cops for over time either. What a shitty establishment. And not only that their bathrooms are dirty. Terrible customer services. Honestly, do better. It's sad. These truckers are tired and he was asked to moved by an inconsiderate security. read more

Outside the flying j, being on road I have my fair share of flying j and the rest of them. This flying j seems a little small. For auto they don't have that many pumps and it's one way in and one way out. I've seen biggies ones for sure. While coming back to Cali google did not pick up this flying j location, if we would have never looked up we would have passed this one and went to the one that's a couple miles away. Do better google geeze. Glade we found it because I we needed DEF but we will not get gas from this place diesel prices here is way too high especially in Cali. read more

Came to Pilot Flying J and to surprised they now have a Cinnabon kiosks now way this is hardcore amazing best news since the McRib came back.. I arrive at about 7:20 pm and there was a fresh batch that the staff had just finished making before she closed.. although another lady at the register helps us out she letting us know to take advantage of the fresh batch-- since they had just closed shop I was about bummed out I couldn't get Pecan on my buns after chatting with staff members Rachel at the register hooked me up with extra pecans and caramel omg I almost cried happy tears --- Totally recommend not only this Gas station but come mainly for the Cinnabon buns and the spare change, pump it -- hey better having a full tummy than a full tank . read more

It's amazing how these businesses are concerned about not spreading bacteria, viruses and/ or disease but you have EVERY stall not looking like it's been mopped in a week, trash overflowing and toilets not looking like they've been sanitized regularly. This crap happened at a local hospital in the parking lot as well. Apparently the fees and taxes we pay to get empty garbage is NOT going to that purpose. Used masks just left on the ground and trash overflowing. Cleaning up the bathroom is just as important as washing your hands. And we won't even mention how many people still don't wash their hands after just using the bathroom, which happened before the pandemic but wasn't emphasized as critical to actually preventing the spread of coronavirus and other microorganisms. read more

UPDATE: I recently spoke with Keith, who contacted me from their regional office, and he apologized for the interaction that occurred between my family and his team member; saying, not only was the issue addressed and corrected but that, also, the "rules" the team member had propounded did not exist. I'm truly grateful that Pilot Flying J did reach out to us, and that the matter has been resolved. Our family will continue to do business here and with any company that can take constructive criticism, and then proceeds to responsibly take actions to rectify any and all situations with humility and continued hospitality. Good gas station lots of pumps good coffee. The Wendy's inside the gas station however is a hit and miss. The last time I went in I ordered a salad walked over to the other side got my coffee pre paid for gas walked back and still no salad. In fact my order had disappeared. No one made it I had to ask what was taking so long then all of a sudden someone started to put it together. By the time I got to the pump it I'd timed out and I had to go back to the cashier. 3 out of 5 times they forget some kind of condiment. So I would recommend the gas station but if you go to Wendy's check your order. read more

I like to make a comment about the Pilot / Flying J Rewards system that I don't think it's fair I had earned rewards from 2020 and part of 2021 and I lost them whatever the amount was I earned them by been a Loyal Customer to them do to illness got sick on February of this year do to Covid-19 and also been in the hospital do to this illness I call the Pilot Rewards Program and I was told that if you don't use rewards with in 6 months you will loose them so everyone I think this is wrong and unfair they offer me half of my points back I drive a tractor-trailer for a living we are consider essential worker's in the bakery industry making sure we keep America going strong please keep this in mind hope this helps someone out there God is good. read more

Caution while your paying for gas at the pumps , 1 minute after I entered my card I received an email that my card was declined at this location due to wrong pin and amount of the transaction was $126 ! I did notice this grey sticker near the card reader but didn't pay much attention to it ! read more

Worst truck stop I've ever been to management does nothing about enforcing parking people park anywhere they want. Including working pumps they even water down the lemonade drinks here. I live close and use this place same they do nothing. And the bathrooms don't even get me started on them. read more

Worst place to Fuel Diesel, Take a Shower and Find a Parking spot. Drivers take too long after fueling, they are just uneducated by not pulling forward. Shower waiting line is frequently more than 1 hour waiting. Parking spots are hard to get unless you pay for the reserved ones. Why should I pay for a parking spot when I'm fueling around $ 500 dollars in diesel and $25 in food. read more

Clean, shower was HOT immediately HOT, nice people, lots of car/truck accessories. There are hours where only truckers can use the showers.

Pilot is known for its coffee and this place never has thier coffee station stocked no creamers, no ,sugar, no lids it as if they don't care that 90% of the customer's in tha AM come in for just that COFFEE. The cashier's are slow and rude they take their sweet time talking with each other instead of getting the customer's out the door. And let's not talk about the RENT A COP man this guy is a total ASS has no people skills what so ever. read more

Iy is very difficult for these drivers, they work hard for their families! the Flying J in Mira Loma had showers like mine at home, clean!!!! Very Clean the lady working was so nice and welcoming. I left my wedding ring in the shower. The worker "Terry" ran outside to find me! I was so impressed, we offered her a rward. Zhe declined and was happy just to get it back to me. I don't normally eat fast food, but the Wendy's inside was the only thing open late in this area. The dude working was super friendly and helpful. I didn't catch his name, but it said "clerk 208" on the receipt. Like I said, I hate fast food and was expecting to be disappointed, but this dude made it a positive experience and the chicken sandwich on the pretzel bun was actually pretty good for what it was. Definitely better tasting than some trash you would get from McDonald's or Taco Bell or even other Wendy's menu items probably haha.
