I have been to this car wash several times mostly because the dealership where I get my car serviced gives out free vouchers for car washes at this business. Today I purchased the $14 car wash which got the job done. It did miss some dirt spots on my rims but I never expect too much from drive thru car washes. I then parked in the very last stall to vacuum my car but neither of the vacuums worked so I just dried my windows completely and left. I have been going to this car wash for over a year. And, I have tried to be very patient with the guy who guides you into the wash. He is aggressively rude and I am tired of it. His directions confuse me because he points one direction, then the opposite direction, and then again. He has yelled at me through my car window on numerous occasions. I did confront him at one point, but he continues to be very inpolite. Not only that, but their membership went from $30/month to $45/month! Bad behavior and disrespected from the staffs! We went there to top off our vehicle. I spent over $100; however, when we tried to use the restroom it was bad. Only one person used and the door automatically locked. When we asked them to unlock the door they told us they didn't have the key, and we have to wait for the manager to come. I am sure that was a big liar. I told them I am going to file a complaint. Both stafffs tried to argue with me. I left, but Both the staffs came out with the camera and took pictures of my vehicle. I've used this car wash for the third and last time. They have two rotating washers on the right that move slow and can't even reach the car. They still haven't fixed them. So I this last time I tried it, I asked the guy who helped me at the pay station if they were fixed and he said no. So basically they are charging regular price for a half butt car wash. read more

This was my first time trying this place, but I was curious cause I've gotten gas here a few times. I always see several cars parked and people drying their cars. I decided to try it and I was not disappointed! The employee convinced me to get the $14 orange blossom car wash. I was not sure about since it is a machine car wash. I decided to listen to his recommendation. First, the car wash runs on a conveyer belt ! All other machine car wash places I see they have something similar but it has metal on the side that could mess up your rims. This was a plus, because I'm always paranoid of scratching my rims. 2nd, the machine was super gentle on my car and left it almost completely dry at the end. They have an area for vacuums and air pressure to get rid of any left over water. Overall my car was left super clean and shiny!! I will definitely be coming back again. read more

okay so hear me out. If you are a female or have daughters avoid this store. Trigger warning(SA). I used to come here because it was pretty and clean and it felt safe. But I was wrong, the owners at the register eat me with their eyes im a young (21 female) I catch the men staring at me in appropriately when i'd go in to pay for gas. Staring at my legs/hair and breast area btw i was wearing loose shorts and a regular tee shirt Nothing revealing . I thought it was i my head but the last time I went in I heard them sexualizing some of the women there which I found disgusting. After that I felt unsafe and never gone back, These were the men at the register I don't know their names but ladies be very careful as you never know what could happen read more

I've been here a few times and each time it's a disappointment. There is nothing that washed the grill area of the car and I got the $10 wash. I had a lot of bugs and the guy scrubbed it with a brush but of course the bugs were dryer on. The wash was so quick there was no way without something washing them off like a roller thing or a brush thing as I went through that they would come off.. I didn't see how bad it was until after I vacuumed then I got in line and said I was unsatisfied with the wash. Moses said there was no way the bugs would come off without a full detail job but said I could go through again for the $7 wash cycle not the $10 I paid for. Still the same thing, there was nothing to scrub the front of the car and Moses said that if there was still bugs to bad he didn't want to see me coming back in line to go through again. I left after I went through. The squigee rollers to dry off the car weren't working so my car was still wet when I left. I came home got a bottle of Dawn power wash and a dryer sheet and cleaned it myself.. Moses was loud and aggressive. I believe he wanted to provide good customer service and perhaps there was a language barrier but the equipment is not working properly. read more

Pay attention to the car wash guy! He is so rude all the time! I have multiple cars company account here for car wash, his look is so ugly all the time like I'm his enemy. I did not complain until today. Despite the lack of maintenance equipment causing strip dirty marks on your car after going through the tunnel you have to wipe it off manually, that guy told my wife said she broke the compressed air nozzle when she tried to tell him this is not working! Can anyone believe it?! He told a customer that try to complain the cleaning tool is not working that the customer broke it! So should the customer pay to repair his equipment?! Anyway, obviously he means clearly to me that nobody is welcome here! In case I might make him feel troubled again, I simply cancelled my account here! read more

I like how convenient this car wash is and not only am I able to get my car washed but they always have their vacuums ready and running too. I also appreciate it when the staff gives me a wipe to clean off my dashboard while I'm going through the wash. Before then, I had never considered cleaning my dashboard whenever I got a car wash.
