Quality is always good here. It is hard to get an appointment though. Once you get in, if you can fit into the rotation you're set. The three techs (1 man, 2 women) are very nice and do excellent work. I've been going there since 2019. The only drawback for me, is they chat among themselves in Vietnamese, rather than with the client. They do have a nice TV; the shop is very clean bright and there are no strong odors. They do great work but they are unreliable. I had an appointment and they cancelled and it takes a month to get in.

Parking at plenty outside, beautiful space, large and with brand new equipment but only has 2 employees. 2!!!!!! We called for appointment at 9 am and if we were more than one person we would do the pedi one at the time because there are only 2!!!!! We came if for the appointment and still they started my pedi 15 minutes late. There was not much movement of clients here but they turned at least one person down 2 hours before closing because the lack of staff limits the amount of ppl they can see in a day. Make a reservation before coming or do like me and do not even bother to come over here. EVEN WORSE: WHEN PPL CALL TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT THE STAFF ANSWER WHILE STILL WORKING ON THE CLIENT IN FRONT OF THEM, TAKING THE CALLER INFORMATION AND PHONE NUMBER DAY AND TIME OF THE APPOINTMENT AND THEY DONT WRITE ANYTHING!!!! So we were not very impressed with Paradise Nails and decided to try this place out! We came in and they were full so we made an appointment for a later time. Showed up five minutes before and still ended up waiting 25 minutes passed our appointment time. We finally got into the chairs and they immediately began on my daughter's feet. Thirty minutes after soaking my feet (in now cold water) they asked if I still wanted a pedicure. I of course said no and was offered a color change to which I declined as well. I don't think I'll be returning. They definitely need more workers and or better time management. A diamond in the rut. Well the closest to a Diamond that will get. Airway heights wouldn't be a place to find the greatest nail salon but I have to say they've gained a customer. My co-worker and I set up appointments for two pedicures and one manicure. When we walked in we where greeted and as usual you pick your color and wait. I believe we waited a total of approximately 10 minutes before we where seated. The chairs are great, very clean, friendly service, and decent selection of colors. Why the three stars? They are under staffed.I'm confident there is people with hectic lives like myself, that would appreciate a faster service. The quality of work is nothing to complain about but if they had an additional person my coworker would've had time for a full set. I just enjoy getting my feet and nails worked on at the same time and be out of there within the hour. I will definitely be going back. I do believe they have recently opened. I anticipate they will pick up the pace sooner than later as everything else, service wise was great! read more

I recently moved to Spokane and I had not yet found the right nail salon. I was very pleased with the services. I had a gel acrylic fill and a gel pedicure. So happy this place opened! It's clean, the newest of supplies/products, modern decor and they do dipping powder manicures!!! Don't know what that is? SO much healthier for your nails then acrylics and last double the length of gel. I'm on week 4 with not one chip on my real nails - they did them Perfect! Advice: make an appointment!! I was only visiting Spokane, but was in desperate need of a mani. I LOVED my experience here. The man that worked on me was so sweet and we had great conversation. This place is new and A-MAZING. Living near cheney I'm glad I don't have to drive to Spokane for a good pedicure anymore. I'm actually very impressed with how awesome their services really are for a small, nails only (for now) place. Their signature pedicure is the best I've ever had ( and I used to work for gene Juarez salon and spa in Seattle). They are still working on building up their employees so sometimes there is a wait, but luckily for me I usually have the time. They get you soaked and relaxing in their massage chair while you are waiting and they are all exceptionally friendly. The decor is trendy, the music is tranquil and everything is very clean. Very impressed w this business. I tried to take my acrylics off on my own, needless to say it was a disaster. Called up 777 and they took great care of my poor fingers. She was gentle with me, and made sure we took the extra time to soak my nails to avoid any more abrasive destruction. I originally wanted a French tip once the acrylics were off and Tang said no, I recommend nail strengthener and nothing else for at least a month' instead of trying to up sell me, she did the right thing and educated me. I ended up not getting anything done because the wait was so long. The first thing I noticed is how clean and professional this place is! The second I walked in, they created me and asked what I was looking for. I had gotten gel nails a few weeks prior at a different salon and they did an AWFUL job. The girl who helped me(I didn't catch her name) offered to remove to old polish and ACTUALLY manicured my nails (she was very thorough and made sure to check with me before she moved on, which I definitely appreciated because I'm extremely picky about the neatness of my nails and cuticles)before getting started. She was gentle, didn't pitch or pull, wasn't rough, and was periodically checking to make sure what she was doing was comfortable for me. She did an awesome job, these are the best gel nails I've ever had done. I highly recommend coming here, especially if you don't want to drive into town.
