I was visiting my fiancé's hometown (Spokane, WA) when my nails (that I usually get Dip-in-powder at Nail Spa in Rockville, MD) got damaged and I urgently needed to get them fixed for the holidays. I called a lot of places in Downtown Spokane, that unfortunately were not doing this type of service. This salon was the only one who had a Nail Tech skilled enough to make it, she was the greatest! They took care of me, not only scheduling my last min appointment but also helped me to get the prettiest nail set for my engagement-Christmas gathering with their recommendations! (Got Dip-in-powder + Gel polish for better white-glazed look!). I'm not going to say I'm completely biased by their "on the house" mimosas/wines and sparkling glasses! Made an appointment with a specific nail tech after searching around for some time to find one I wanted to go to had my appointment for 2 weeks confirmed with me morning of nut when I got to the salon she was not there and I ended up having 2 separate nail techs do both my pedicure and my fill which ended up taking way more time than I had allotted to spend at the salon. When I went to rebook with the nail tech I originally wanted I seen on her Instagram she was no longer working there as well as have been sent very unpleasant videos about the owner thein I don't recommend you give this business your money as he obviously doesn't treat women with respect read more

I was able to get a same day appointment to get my nails done for my graduation. To enter the shop, you will need a code. There were a lot of different colors to choose from which was nice. I appreciated the complimentary drink while i waited to get my gel mani done. I did not appreciate getting my ring finger nicked to the point of bleeding. Other than that, my nails looked great and lasted for two weeks without any chipping. Staff used google translate to communicate with me for the most part and it was not an issue. My first visit to the salon for a pedi was amazing! So happy to have found a nail salon with good service AND DRINKS. The second time in, I was so excited to get a full set with the owner. My nails were phenomenal, no complaints at all. The only downside was that I felt rushed out for the next client, and then after multiple attempts to schedule a follow up appointment for a fill, I never heard back. The spa was really nice and all the staff I had talked to were very polite and welcoming but my nail experience was unfortunately a different story. I originally sent a nail inspo picture to their business account for a price quote and told them the exact services I was getting, being as detailed as possible and they assured me it would be $75. My nails came out pretty good besides the fact my French tips were a little uneven. It was hardly noticeable so I didn't mind and I was just excited to have my nails done for my birthday. Once I was rang up and ready to pay, the $75 they quoted me somehow turned into $95 before tip. I left very confused and upset they weren't honest about the prices from the beginning. Only 2 days later the chrome top layer that I paid extra for started to peel off. Then barely 2 weeks after my appointment my acrylics already popped off from both hands when I'm not rough on my hands whatsoever. (Normally acrylics last me a month) I wish I had a better experience since their reviews are pretty high but overall I was dissatisfied with how much I paid for such basic nails and won't be returning. read more

This is the best nail salon I have EVER been to! Every nail technichian is amazing, I use Lucas and he is PHENOMENAL. I show him pictures of what I want and he "nails" it every time . I truly feel pampered from the moment I walk in, love the free mimosa's. Staff is friendly and you're missing out if you don't come here. I had a deluxe manicure pedicure with Ben. I've been going here for over two years unfortunately, this is the second time I've had Ben and my appointment was 45 minutes late both times. He admitted to me it's because he squeezed in other clients to make more money. I guess my time doesn't matter. He filed my nails so thin that they bend like paper and he actually filed a hole in my right pointer finger. My nails were perfect condition before this appointment. He then added some extra gel to it to cover it. He did apologize, but I will never use him again. He also flirted the entire time with me very inappropriately. I'm over 50 and married, he's 24 with a girlfriend, even the staff told him twice that he should stop flirting so much it was getting ridiculous. I will continue to go to the salon, but I will not use Ben again. It is going to take me at least 3 to 6 months to grow my nails out and I'm very upset about it. read more
