Wowza. Great value for full body massage $60 for 1hr. My masseuse used good pressure and responded to requests for more/less focus on my neck and shoulder area. I've come twice and had no complaints with my first massage. My second and last visit, my masseuse was manning the business phone, and took 4 calls for scheduling while working on me. Not relaxing at all!! 1 star for value, and 1 star for my first massage and because my husband has enjoyed all of his massages too. read more

Known the new proprietress of Relax 777 for over ten years. At her previous location, through her expert massage therapy, she relieved the pain to such a significant degree that I was able to tolerate the MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) Tube whereas, I previously could not tolerate it. I refuse pain killers. Completing my tenth major service-connected surgery, Left Hip Revision - the first time in 26 years that both legs are the same length. I go to Physical Therapy three days a week to painfully put the legs in shape and two days a week at Relax 777 to take the pain away and improve circulation. All Relax 777 Massage Therapists are seasoned professionals, some with extensive training overseas. When first going into this place you get greeted with a cute lil brown dog that has a dress on! It only barks for seconds and then goes back and lays down! It's a small but clean place! My friends got a couple massage so I decided to get a foot and back combo! But after waiting for over 30 min and having my feet go numb and prune from soaking, the lady came and Started on my dogs! And if u cant tell my the picture she was less than impressed with her job! And I promise my feet didn't stink! Oh yeah she kept talking in the air the air to someone in the back but didn't say a word to me! Which is whatever I guess! I could hear my friends in the back raving over how great they were doing! But any who back to my foot massage! Yep that's all I got too because she took so long to start my foot massage that I opted out of the back massage! And to say the least I could have saved my money and just put lotion on myself! I'm happy I had a $10 off coupon cause in no way way that worth $25 read more

Went in tonight for my first ever full body massage. My sister and I both wanted to be helped and they immediately took us each to our own room. The room was comfortable and relaxing. The gentleman helping me did a very good job. I knew that full body massages can hurt especially if you've never had one before. Some areas hurt more than others but he was very attentive to me and continued to ask if I was doing okay. He used hot stones as well and it was very enjoyable. Although it hurt I left feeling super comfortable. The price was $50 for an hour which compared to most other places is very good. I was going to leave a tip of course and didn't realize it was $10 minimum which is perfectly fine because they have a sign that shows that upon arrival so it's not a hidden fee. I used to go here a lot a couple years ago and was surprised last month when I noticed it was under new ownership and the prices have risen substantially, but I tried an hour oil massage anyway cause I was hurting and they were about to close. My masseuse was very good and seemed to go right to work on my trouble areas instinctively with the right amount of pressure. Unlike most places you have to pay before your massage. I left very relaxed and happy with my massage. I'd definitely go back when I need it again. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because it's more expensive than it used to be but I'm happy with the job the masseuse did on me. read more

I just went into this place today hoping to get a decent chair massage. I've been many places around town and never have any issues. Save your money and go elsewhere this place is a scam! First the chair was clearly broken but it didn't matter to me I came for a massage and was not going to leave over a broken chair. As the service went on it was okay not great but definitely on the lower end of comfort. What made me rate this place a one star was the fact they actually forced me to tip them $10 minimum plus a $2 fee for using my debit card. Look I am in the service industry I have no problem tipping when I get a service. I was going to tip $5 because that's all the cash I had even though I should have left $0 because my service was SO bad. Look I'm no Karen but this lady yelling in my face telling me I have to tip her or I can't leave was so rude! I cannot believe the service I received and the way I was treated was so uncalled for. This place did nothing but rubbed lotion. Seriously, I got a foot massage and I got nothing but just lotion. She put no pressure or effort into the massage. I always go to the Chinese massage places in Las Vegas, Seattle, and Hawaii, but this place was the worst. I'm also a member of massage envy but I go to these places when I can't make an appointment. Honesty, this was the worst Chinese massage place I've ever been to. I went here because it was close to my house, but after this awful experience, I'm going to go back to where I actually get a massage and pressure points. Recommendation: 555 relaxing station on fowler and herndon. They may not have the best reviews on yelp, but you'll get a good massage. Or another place is AAA relaxing station on Herndon and cedar. Massage was decent but upon leaving was forced to give a $10 tip which was definitely a mood killer and what I would consider very bad business. I walked in here not knowing a 13 year old girl would be lightly touching my body. It was an awful massage I had got an hour and I cut her off half way through because she wasn't doing anything to help my pain. I paid for the full service and they still looked at me angry like they were owed a tip! Sheesh... I will never return here. I have real back pains, and I was in pain leaving and had to search for another massage place. She did nothing for me! I was very very disappointed! Zero stars!!!! Super annoyed. Massage was ok. When it was time to pay, I went up there and tipped $5. The guy looked at me and showed me a paper that said If I was satisfied to tip $10. I just thought to my self that was a little weird but continued to sign my credit card receipt. He gave me my credit card receipt back and wanted me to change the tip to $10 because the paper said if I was satisfied to tip $10. Absolutely NOT. I find that to be super rude. How are you going to tell me what to tip you. Tipping is an option. After I gave it back to him and said no only $5 tip. He looked at me super pissed. What the heck. I will NEVER go there again. I don't even know where to start about my experience. It could've been worse but it was bad enough that I won't be returning. I always like going to the relaxing stations in Fresno and Clovis. I feel the lady who did my massage was just chopping me up and rubbing her elbow and body on my back. It was a horrible experience. On top of it the two workers were having a full blast conversation loudly. It was not a relaxing atmosphere. The lady doing my cousin's massage actually stopped the massage and answered her phone and had a conversation! The bed I was on was creaking and every time my massage lady chopped me up the bed was creaking. The creaking plus conversations really contributed to a really unrelaxing atmosphere. I have been here three times now, and all my experiences have been good! It's very relaxing and quiet. I just read some of the reviews right now.. and I don't know if they changed staff and certain things from what other people have experienced from a couple of years ago, but that is not what I have experienced. Everyone was friendly and knew what they were doing as well. I have had a couple of different people the three times I have gone and they all gave great massages. I'm also very pleased with this place because today I went in and told the lady I had a BAD migraine.. She was wonderful! I walked out with no migraine! I was so relieved because I've had this migraine since last night. She hit certain pressure points that relieved my pain. To be honest, it hurt when she hit certain pressure points but it was a good hurt and very worth it. I'm still amazed and very happy! I know I will continue to go to this place! read more
