My first time here and I will definitely be returning! I walked in without booking ahead on a Friday afternoon and was impressed that there was no wait time. I chose the combination: 45 minutes foot massage; 45 minutes full body massage so one and a half hours for $69. I was seated in the main area to begin the foot massage. While my feet were soaking in warm water, the masseur began by massaging head, face, neck, arms and hands. In case you are wearing eye make up, no worries, because they avoid the eye area. They use an Asian ointment, smells like Vicks, on the temples and nose area which is a nice extra touch and clears the sinuses. The foot and leg massage was just the right amount of pressure. They check with you if you'd like softer or harder. The atmosphere is perfect for unwinding with dim lights, soft background music, and the staff speak quietly. For the full body oil massage I was brought to a private room, with a lamp in the corner and pleasant decor. The massage was relaxing. The massage therapist uses hands as opposed to elbows which seems to be the standard for most walk in places. Hot stones were used for the last few minutes of treatment. The therapist checks if it's ok to use stones and if the temperature is alright. At check out, nobody pressures you for tips, which I appreciated. So I made sure to give a good tip! While I was there one of their regular customers walked in, saying he hurt his back, and could they squeeze him in. They took him to a room immediately for a back massage. The owner took care of payment and gave me a frequent flyer card. Once you have ten stamps on your card, you are entitled to a massage for 1/2 price. My first time was awesome. I had to leave the review from the second visit. The guy was in a rush when massaging me and left me with bruise on my arm. I have never gotten any bruise from any asian massage. This is the first. When he put the hot stone it was really rough too! And my neck was hurting even more 3 days after getting the massage. I hate to leave negative reviews, but here goes. I called MRS and asked if they were accepting walk-ins at the moment or if I'd need to make an appointment. The woman on the phone said they were accepting walk-ins. I let her know I was on my way, then got in the car and starting driving. Exactly five minutes later, the woman called me back and said they were busy and not accepting walk-ins. I gently pointed out that I had already left home and was on my way there, but I accepted an appointment in an hour and a half. I asked if they needed my name so they would know who the reservation was for. The woman said she did not need to know my name because she had my phone number. I arrive for my scheduled appointment time a couple of minutes early. A man comes over to me and tells me they're busy. I start to tell him I have an appointment at 6:30 but halfway through my sentence, he just turns around and walks away. He fetches a young woman, who tells me they are busy. I tell her I'm there for my scheduled appointment. She looks confused and fetches an older woman, who asks if I called them on the phone. I give her a rundown of everything that's happened so far (asking if they accepted walk-ins, being told yes, being told 5 min later actually no and to make an appointment instead, scheduling an appointment for 6:30). As I am talking, she gets a look of horror on her face and covers her mouth with her hands. They gave my appointment to someone else who just happened to walk in around 6:30. The woman apologizes and said that the woman came around 6:30 so she assumed it was the same person she spoke to on the phone. Apparently, she didn't even ask the other customer if she was the one who had made the appointment. Maybe she should've asked for my name after all so they would know who the appointment was for? She tried to call in another masseuse but was not able to reach them. She offered me an appointment slot later in the evening, but the time was not convenient for me and given the events thus far, I wasn't sure they would be able to honor my appointment even if I shuffled my schedule around to make it work. I know everyone makes mistakes, but that doesn't change the fact that twice today I got in the car to drive there for a massage only to have to drive back home disappointed. From what the other reviews say, I'm sure the masseuses here are competent, but it doesn't seem worth the hassle. read more

I went in and requested a 60 min foot massage. A man had me sit down on the chair and started massaging my forehead at 4:23pm. Right then a lady tried to get me the 30 min foot and 30 min body massage for $15 more. I told her that I work standing most of the day and just wanted the foot massage. Then she said they would do just the arms after the temple massage. 15 mins later the man started the foot massage. He did 15 mins on each foot. He kept getting interrupted by the lady who seemed upset. Then she took over and sent the man to start a body massage to another person and said she was finishing foot massage short and started giving me a shoulder/ back massage with my shirt on. She stopped at 5:15p. 7 mins short of the hr. She said I need a 90 min massage.. 45 for the feet and 45 fir the body. In total, I got a 30 min foot massage out of the 60. I left a tip for the man. I get the hour long hot stone massage. Highly recommend it. Both of the masseuses I have had were good and could tell the source of my pain almost immediately. This last time the man noticed I had a stuffy nose, he got some essential oil for my face massage. Instant relief. They also speak English which a lot of other similar places do not. All I can say about this place that it's amaAaazing. Everytime I go for a massage I never return disappointed. I know ping does a great job but also everyone working there will work according to your needs. They always ask for the pressure to make sure you are not in pain. Faciility is clean and very calm. Massage. I'm always on the lookout for a good one and this family owned business consistently has provided me, my family and the friends I've brought here with a good, relaxing massage. I will, however, say this is the most NAKED massage I've had in awhile. Naked, literally, I lay uncovered the entire time--no towel, no nothing. Not that I mind, but normally you have a little something over the sweet spots but here, no. I love that they use "Chinese medicine" (i.e. Tiger Balm or this other orange stuff that I LOVE and it takes ONE DROP ONLY to achieve relief). Yes, I bought a bottle of the orange stuff and I used a bit more than one drop and learned the hard way because the Vick's-like smell stuck with me all day. It's about sixty dollars plus tip for ninety minutes of naked massage. They have many combinations of foot/body massage and the prices are great. I recommend the ninety minute massage. The grandma and the mom give the best massage and so I would recommend them. When I have the dad, he requires a little bit more direction but there is always someone there who speaks English and can explain. All workers are very helpful and nice. Walk-ins are fine and TGIFridays is next door for that glass of vino after. The phone number on Google and Yelp is incorrect--the real number is 559-696-6986. Ask for "Chinese medicine" if you have a lot of stress and want eucalyptus oil and some magic mixture on those tired shoulders. read more
