While installing the camera floodlight on the back porch, Louis pointed out a dangerous electrical hazard located near the utility pole which needed immediate attention. He also provided additional helpful advice for other areas. A couple of times Louis brought an assistant who also was respectful, kind and knowledgeable which provides a clear picture of professionalism. After a month of inquiries, I received a sarcastic comment from the person responsible for ordering cameras, stating that they no longer service such old models. Why provide me with misleading information for an entire month? How can you claim not to service them when you just did three months ago? I strongly advise against doing business with them; you will only encounter frustration. I have text message evidence of our communication and wish I could have recorded our phone call, as it was both disrespectful and unprofessional.

Awesome, 7PIXL company, managed by Justin and Jeremy who are not only well knowledgeable of their trade, they present themselves in a very professional manner and were respectful inside my home. Friday Feb. 5th, Justin responded the same day to my email inquiry regarding digital dome surveillance camera for residential installation. Monday Feb 8th, Justin arrived for an on-site survey in a white 7PIXL company van with their Texas service license number in clear view on the front side. I looked through 7PIXL's camera portfolio; several dome cameras caught my attention. Justin explained the difference between pixels. He said 2 pixel cameras have clear crisp pictures. Whereas, 6 pixel cameras can read serial numbers on a dollar bill some distance away. With that information, I chose to purchase 2 pixel cameras because I don't need to pay the price to read serial numbers on dollar bills some distance away. Tuesday Feb 9th, Justin and Jeremy arrived as agreed - 9:00 A.M. - and worked diligently installing 7 cameras around my home. By evening I was watching clear crisp live video feed on an elegant slender 22" monitor seeing all around my home. I was so impressed I asked them to install an 8th camera. Thursday Feb 11th, Justin and Jeremy installed my 7th camera, made each desired angle adjustment and answered my questions in such a way I could understand. And they wired my home with Cat 5 cables affixed with end apparatus so if I every want to upgrade to higher pixels, the end connections are already in place. I was given instructions how to use the equipment and given cd's and manuals for the Battery Back-Up, the DVR, and the Monitor. Project: Replace & Upgrade Home Structured Wiring panels and components into one larger panel located in Utility/Laundry Room. Scenario: This past January I moved into our new Home that centrally locates all its structured wiring in the utility room using a 14" On-Q in-wall panel for voice/data/audio/video and above attached to the wall another panel for security. Both of these panels were ineffective and in the way of placing washer & dryer next to the wall side by side or stacked. Solution: After several consultations with a half dozen companies, by March, I was extremely pleased to have selected 7PiXL Multimedia Group. If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would. After inquiring about their service, Justin came out within a day to provide us with a quote. He always responded to my calls/emails promptly, worked with my schedule and arrived on time. Justin and Jeremy came out to our store on multiple occasions to install a total of 15 cameras (we decided to add additional cameras a few weeks after our initial 7 were up and running). After our first set of cameras were installed, we wanted to change the angle and placement of a few of the cameras, so Justin had someone out the very next day to do so. In addition to the cameras, 7pixL also mounted a television for me and fixed some cabling issues we were having with our phone lines. Justin followed up with me after every visit to make sure we were happy with their service. This is my second time using 7Pixl. Justin and Jeremy are really awesome at what they do. They are very diligent and professional in every way. They installed TVs, Eero wifi devices, dvd players, Directv genies in 5 rooms in my new house. They also installed a smart box in the wall and extended and outlet from another room to ensure there was power for the box (something that was not in the quote, but they did cheerfully to complete their excellent work). They double checked to make sure everything worked, and programmed all the Directv remotes to control the TVs. Lastly, they contacted me after a few days to make sure everything was working as planned. Where do you find customer service like that now-a-days? I'd been looking to setup surveillance cameras, wall mount a TV, setup ethernet wiring and phone wiring in my house. I came across 7PiXL and gave Justin a call. He was very responsive and professional in answering all my questions. He provided a quote within a day, and a week later he and Jeremy setup an appointment to install. Justin and Jeremy were very efficient and were able to complete the entire installation in about 4 hours. Justin was very knowledgeable, explaining some of the ethernet and phone wiring issues that we had in our house. I've used 7PiXL for several years now but am just getting around to a review. I had an existing security system and cameras that had been hacked. I searched Yelp and selected Justin and 7PiXL. I'm so glad I did! This is something I didn't know how to fix and Justin and Jeremy were out and able to secure and add on to my existing system. I had previously taken a DIY approach to my A/V and security systems, but wanted to make my new place fully integrated from a technology standpoint. I started researching companies and got quotes from several before making my final decision. I found Kelltech Systems by searching the internet, looking for a Control4 dealer in the Dallas areas. They were Platinum rated by Control4 and had good reviews online, so I gave them a call. Kyle is the lead sales person there and he came out to my home to meet with me in person to talk through what I wanted to accomplish. We discussed options for putting music throughout the home (my home happened to be pre-wired for speakers, but none were installed), surveillance cameras so we could see the perimeter of the house, an alarm system with remote control from an app (alarm.com), and some light home automation including lighting control for some key lights, automated shades for my master bedroom, and thermostat integration. Kyle answered all of my questions on these topics and educated me on some ideas I wasn't aware of (like having the alarm sensors trigger lights to come on when I come home). He sent me a detailed, written proposal a few days later, and made the changes I needed to the proposal so that I could move forward. The install crew that came out was prepared for the work, knew exactly what was to be done, and carried out the work quickly and professionally. They trained me on the system so that I felt comfortable using the features and they left my home very clean, despite having cut in new speakers into the ceiling (a messy job). All that to say, if you're looking for a competent, professional, and friendly company for your A/V and security systems, Kelltech is a great resource. I will say they weren't the cheapest bid I received, but I felt like they understood what I was wanting to accomplish and weren't trying to low-ball me with their proposal. Good work Kelltech!

It was only $300 for a custom fireplace mount on our LG OLED and Sony sound bar. Best Buy and two other mounting companies were $300+ just for the standard fireplace mount. No amount of fresh pine nuts would convince a squirrel to pay that ! So, give yourself a break and give him a jingle from your iPhone or Android--then sit back and let him do his thing. Heck--grab a tasty beverage and have a convo with him! Love (his name) is simply the best, and supporting a small business is how we (as 'Mericans) can bolster the economy in our great state of Texas! 4/15/17 Had Love come back out for an outdoor TV mount set up.
