I researched local electrical companies in the area and contacted Electricowork. My first impression always begins with the person who answers the phone, which was Lilly, the office manager. Lilly was delightful, respectful, and knowledgeable. I can't say enough great things about Loius, the master electrician who came out on the initial visit for the uninstall/install home security alarm system. While installing the camera floodlight on the back porch, Louis pointed out a dangerous electrical hazard located near the utility pole which needed immediate attention. He also provided additional helpful advice for other areas. A couple of times Louis brought an assistant who also was respectful, kind and knowledgeable which provides a clear picture of professionalism. All of my work requested was completed in a time sensitive matter, and I'll continue to contact them for all of our electrical services.

They once picked up our server at 10pm and delivered it back shortly after midnight fully fixed. I simply know that my business can rely on this company no matter what happens. I reached out to them and spoke directly to the Owner Andrew; we made an appointment at my convenience a few weeks in advance when I was scheduled to be in town. Andrew stopped by a few days before I arrived to assess the property and already had a plan in place for the best camera locations. Shane was very patient and clear in explaining how the system works and what my mother's options were. He was extremely good at listening to our concerns and clarifying anything we needed clarifying. He walked with us through the house, telling us the options we had for different kinds of alarms depending on where the windows were placed or how we used the doors. Say, how often we used the patio door vs the front door vs the door into the garage and which detection system would be best for each. We signed mom up and Shane returned a few days later to install the system. Again, he was very respectful, patient and clear in reviewing all the instructions and had mom practice alarming and un-alarming the system several times both with the code and also again with the remote control. Shane Rogers did a great job for us.
