They did a beautiful job! Johann answered all my questions from start to finish, explained things in a way that made sense to a non-tech person, and never made me feel stupid for all my questions. My only wish is that I had found him sooner. I had purchased the wrong equipment, wired my house wrong, and installed a versa box which left a hole in my fireplace (all because Tollbrothers had rushed me through the process or frankly gave me the wrong info to start). Johann never acted frustrated that he was dealing with a less than ideal situation. He never showed frustration with the situation, but simply offered me astute work-arounds and solutions. It's obvious that he takes pride in his work and his craft. You can tell he truly enjoys finding solutions and making customers happy. Moreover, it was obvious that Johann takes great pride in the incredible team he has built. Communication between him and all his team members was seamless. Each of the four members that showed up for the install were not only knowledgeable, but they were also kind and respectful. They treated my house with care, cleaned up any messes from the install, and asked if there was anything else they could do to help. Not once did they make me feel rushed for asking questions. It's clear they love their jobs. Expect to get excellent service, immediate and clear communication, and fair prices. I called three other companies who were not as knowledgeable, could not do the job, or did not provide great solutions. Don't bother wasting your time, go straight to WH technologies! Their operators are quite rude and condescending. If you accidentally set off your alarm by opening…read morea door, they will call you in the first 30 seconds. Of course you cannot hear your phone because the alarm is going off. If you haven't answered in 30 seconds, they have already dispatched the police. Once it shows that the user disarms the alarm within the first two minutes, they don't call back to see if all is well and to cancel the police. I had this situation happen. I accidentally set off the alarm and I immediately called and explain that I set the alarm off accidentally and give them the code. They assured me that they had canceled any dispatch. They didn't bother to call the police to cancel it and the police showed up at my house saying that the alarm company had dispatched them. When there are false alarms that involve police dispatch you can be fined. I called and confronted one of the dispatchers and she said that it wasn't their responsibility to cancel a dispatch even if the homeowner turns off the alarm right away. I am going to immediate cancel my monitoring and find a service that has the intelligence to reach out if an alarm is canceled by the homeowner within a matter of two to three minutes to see if all is well before dispatching the police.

The work was very easy to schedule with their AV division. The crew who came out were very friendly and professional and took time to listen to what I was requesting to make our AV system work exactly like we want it to. Most importantly, they didn't try to up-sell me on anything. They did exactly what I was asking of them, and everything works perfectly now in the way that we wanted. I only wish I had called them out a long time ago. I would highly recommend them to help with any AV needs. They're not the cheapest option, but with most things in life you get what you pay for. They also pre-wired our security and home networking systems, and that's all been working perfectly.

I received inconsistent responses until September 4, 2024, when I had to repeatedly call and text. Eventually, their Denver office dismissed me, claiming they no longer service my camera system, despite having replaced the cameras just three months prior. They even texted me that my camera system would be available soon. Now, they say they have no cameras because my system is "too old," even though it's a brand new Lorex system installed in 2023. After a month of inquiries, I received a sarcastic comment from the person responsible for ordering cameras, stating that they no longer service such old models. Why provide me with misleading information for an entire month? How can you claim not to service them when you just did three months ago? I strongly advise against doing business with them; you will only encounter frustration. I have text message evidence of our communication and wish I could have recorded our phone call, as it was both disrespectful and unprofessional.

His quote was also significantly lower than the quote we received from a much bigger company that provided us a quote that was not easy to decipher. Chris also was incredibly punctual and he worked very efficiently. Although I think our project may have been a mid-level project for Chris, he treated us like V.I.P.s, carefully explaining everything he did, big or small.
