Today I tried one of their seasonal einspanner lattes with oat-milk and I'm happy I did. The cold foam had a nuttiness that was actually delicious and reminded me of pistachio even though it wasn't. My pro tip for all matcha drinks is to actually sip from the cup and not drink with the straw. I feel as thought you can actually taste the drink and its flavor profiles better this way.
