Drove up to Dallas from Houston and my first stop had to be matcha! My friend found 7th Day Coffee off of somebody's tiktok page, so we decided to try this spot out. So glad we did cos we loved the chill vibe of the cafe and their matcha lattes were yummy. I got the earl grey matcha latte, while my friend got the blueberry matcha latte. Today I tried one of their seasonal einspanner lattes with oat-milk and I'm happy I did. The cold foam had a nuttiness that was actually delicious and reminded me of pistachio even though it wasn't.
