You really have to search...and I'm happy to say that you've found it with Get Juiced. The overall vibe is casual, easy, accepting...an honest and humble approach to food and to service. I was ecstatic to find out they ferment their own veggies. Fermented foods, which contain probiotics, are great for your gut & digestion (by restoring good bacteria in the gut) & immune system, so just know that you're about to consume a beautifully healthy and delicious meal. I ordered the open face sandwich on their Danish rye bread (called Rugbrod) with their kefir cheese, fermented veggies (your choice--I chose carrot parsnip), onion, & broccoli sprouts (I love sprouts and you can barely ever find a place that serves them because of the feeeeaaarrrr of sprouts). I added avocado to the sandwich. It was unbelievably delicious. I have never heard of Rugbrod bread, but it's wonderful--packed with seeds and grains. The kefir cheese was out of this world. The whole combination--bread, kefir cheese, veggies, was just a perfect bite of food. I devoured it. We also ordered the Mystery Blue smoothie which was also absolutely delicious. This place might not be for everyone. But if one can open their mind and/or have the appreciation for a healthy, m-i-n-d-f-u-l-l-y prepared menu, I promise you won't be disappointed. I can't wait to go back and try so much more of their menu. I'm so grateful to have stumbled upon this gem!

The flowers included orange roses and small bunches of purple flowers with blooms that never opened. The orange rose petals were brown around the corners and the heads were slouched over the stems, it was a sad sight. I began throwing some of the purple flowers out the next day and was getting ready to throw out the remainder a few days later when I decided to contact the owner "Matt". His employee answered and I explained the condition of the flowers and he told me "they were not pleased with the shipment of flowers they received last week" and to call owner tomorrow. I did so and was treated with indifference and lack of respect, raising his voice at me. He blamed it on my son calling Uber to deliver the flowers stating "they should've opened up". This was a ridiculous response in that they packaged the flowers and the Uber driver delivered them that afternoon. I put them in tepid water and since they weren't opening up, I cut the stems (which I always do to keep them fresh longer). This method didn't work and hence my call to owner who was VERY RUDE and even HUNG UP on me. I "highly" recommend NOT patronizing this establishment for above reasons.

The exception is Grounded for Life, which offers delicious breakfast and lunch options that are thoughtfully prepared, delicious, and satisfying. I have also enjoyed their wraps, bowls, and sandwiches. And they even have burgers and hot dogs, too. GfL is my new spot for takeout (order ahead online to save time!) before heading to the airport. The chunky chicken wrap saved me when my flight back to the West coast (already a long journey) was delayed by several hours and I was starving. The cafe also has a number of yummy desserts displayed in the case that are great to-go. GfL also offers a "Meal Prep" option where you can order food on a weekly or monthly basis. Service is friendly and efficient, but they are sometimes understaffed. Try to be patient and nice, and your tasty food will be out soon enough. The cafe itself is pretty small with just a few tables indoors. The outdoor patio is more expansive, and I recommend enjoying your food and drinks outside if the weather is decent.
