Such a fun place to go to for food, drinks, and arcade! I got to try their wings and chicharrones. Wings were flavorful! The chicharrones came in a huge plate! Also tasty, but I wouldn't have minded a smaller portion for less price. They have some unique flavored drinks which I always like to try when visiting a brewery. Looking up their menu online, it looks like the drinks change up daily. Service was pretty fast and friendly before the rush hour. Great beer, great atmosphere, decent bar. I got the Heff 4 Dead and the stout that was on tap, the other stout came only in a bottle. I love Greek food so I got the Greek rice Plate. I would give this establishment a 5, if not for the fact that the rice was undercooked, the Sun dried tomatoes were cold, and the dish overall was very tart. When it comes to Mediterranean food you have to find that nice balance with your tart ingredients. Not a deal breaker tho, I will definitely go back and try other dishes. read more

The food needed FLAVOR, lemon pepper wings had 10% seasoning. What's up with the Ranch?? Not sure what it was i tasted but if your trying to make it fancy, Dont mess with the Ranch. Since there is not a server you take a seat and order at the bar, if you need a refill you get up and go wait in line and order at the bar. A lady did come by to collect our trays. So that was a plus But the food needs a bit more love. The Chicharones was a big portion but 80% went to the trash. The Sandiwch was good but again. the Flavors did not mix. Finally got to visit 8-Bit. Been hearing about this place since I moved to this area about 6 years ago. There's a bunch of room for gathering and eating, inside or outside. The food surprisingly doesn't take long to get and I was concerned because we were hungry and there was no way to order online ahead of time. I know that a few years ago when most restaurants were hopping on the plant-based wave, they had more of those options that have disappeared- I recall seeing vegan pork rinds or something on their menu before and some other options. Gratefully, they still had the vegan philly cheesesteak, so that's what I got. The homies I went with told me the portions were pretty big, but I wasn't convinced. Lemme tell you, the portions are legit. The fries are interesting due to the dry rubs they offer-the flavors are like nothing that I'm used to, so I appreciate the originality. Seriously, the chipotle isn't quite cajun (I was hoping for something like 5 Guys cajun fries) but still good. Look at this vegan cheesesteak. It was very good, the cheese tasted great, it was hot and fresh, not dry. My buddies wanted to stay for awhile so I ended up ordering one to eat there and one to take home. Only thing I was it could've used a bit more salt, but that was a minor issue. I wasn't sure what to expect with this place. I thought there would be way more games and arcades than there was, but for the size of the building and everything offered, I'd say there was still a good amount. A favorite brewery of ours. My fiancé and I had our first date here years ago, and we always come back on our date anniversary. Since we've been here so often, we've seen the changes throughout the years. Every time we come, he always tries to get the Hef 4 Dead and I always get the God of Pour. I'm a hazy IPA girl and u strongly believe their pours are always up to par and crisp. It's never a miss. Every time we come, we always make a habit of getting their fries. I don't recall ever getting the sweet and spicy flavor before today, but it was delicious. I believe their fries improve on a yearly basis. We went on weekend (today) and it was very busy. The tables and the bar side were filled up. I'd prefer to come on a weekday if time allows. Service is quick and easy. Food comes out quickly, even on bus days! See you again soon! read more

On a rainy day here in Temecula, we needed something to do. After some heated discussions, we landed on 8 bit brewing because I wanted beer and the boys wanted an arcade. When I say "best of both worlds" I can't emphasize it enough. The arcade was awesome! We had so much fun playing skeeball and air hockey and the beer was crisp and helped me cope with the fact that I was, in fact, in public. I ordered the Greek plate and my *only* criticism is that it needed pickled onions. Other than that it was *chef's kiss* delicious. All in all, we had a blast. They have an incredible selection of old-school arcade games and a ton of pinball machines! While I didn't try the food this time, the beers were excellen. Tthe IPA was fresh and the lager was crisp and clean. The staff was super helpful, offering samples and great recommendations based on what was on tap. I am really enjoying their current food menu, and like they are promoting a different special every week. Can't ever go wrong with their beer selection and different drink options (just no cocktails) but do offer seltzer on tap and wine bottles. Service is really good, haven't had any issues with anyone. You get your money's worth on the wine. It is a Tad expensive but it is Temecula. I didn't have a chance to eat here this time around but I'd definitely come back and try the food. First time staying overnight in Temecula so needed a place for dinner. This was super convenient to "hotel row" between Rancho California and Winchester, along the 15. The beer list is long enough to suit nearly anyone - I got a flight of tasters and liked the dark Czech Pilsner enough for seconds. They don't have a full bar or ciders, so the only beer alternative is a short wine list (Cabernet, rose, Pinot Gris - all local). Food was very good - we always share a big pretzel when we find one, and theirs was good. Loved the hit pastrami (fries were outstanding) and my wife really liked her chicken salad. I stopped here to have lunch with a friend and we were both pleasantly surprised. It's such a cool Brewery with arcade games, great food, and tasty beer!! I tried the West Coast DDH IPA called The No Fly Zone. It was a super tasty beer. For food I got the New York steak sandwich and it was so good!!! The steak was seasoned perfectly and the aioli was so tasty. I also really loved their fries. They are so perfectly seasoned. My friend got the Blacked Mahi Sandwich and it was also very tasty! The place was pretty packed as it was a Saturday afternoon. But our food came quickly and the line to order went by fast too. I love the open seating! I think they do have a patio that you can wait to be sat at and get waited on, but we opted for the self seating area and you just go up to the bar and place your drink and food orders. We had a casual wedding rehearsal lunch at 8 Bit and it was perfect! We coordinated beforehand by reaching out via email and the team took care of us. My family showed up early to reserve some tables in the back and everyone had a good time. Good food, good vibes! By the end of our time (since we didn't reserve the area) there were people from other groups sitting on the tables in the same area, but that was fair as it was getting busy. I don't drink much, but I wanted to stop by and try this spot. The ambiance is very fun - they have a barcade area as well as open seating in a quieter, spacious area. Service from the bartenders was a bit unsatisfactory - pretty short and didn't offer much help. They offer a good range of nerd-centric beers and some pretty decent appetizers. I would suggest the grilled cheese! I would probably return for a drink on a weekday with less people :) read more

8 Bit Brewing Company in Murrieta is doing something right. They have a great location right off of Jefferson Ave and Date St in Murrieta, just a few blocks west of the 15 freeway. The brewery has indoor and patio seating, and can accommodate many guests making it a perfect place for group outings and family gatherings. We stayed a few hours into the evening and got to sit near their fire pits, which were nice. It did get colder so I wish they had some of the heat lamps turned on near us. They have the typical gastropub offerings and a large selection of drinks. We ordered a variety of items from their menu and enjoyed snacking on all the dishes. I especially was impressed with the Chicharrones because it came out sizzling and warm, and it had a kick to it. Spicy and crunchy. Inside, they have an arcade including pinball machines for all ages. To play any of the games, you'll need to purchase a game card and load points onto it. They have a machine that can guide you through the process. Similar to Dave & Busters or Round1 cards. The service could have been handled better when we arrived. Long story short, we stayed in the hostess's view near the pinball machines while we waited for our party's patio seating. Somehow they "gave up our seats" to another party because we didn't come fast enough after they sent out the notification text. Mind you, we came within 3 minutes after because we were in the arcade but most of our party were still seated near the hostess stand. Anyway, we eventually were seated in the patio after an additional 10 minutes. The only weird thing the hostess asked us was if we were going to be making food purchases, as if it were a requirement to be given patio seats. And the answer was: of course! (That's what we came to do: eat, stay, play, and drink!) We ordered inside because the kids were hungry - that doesn't mean we weren't going to order again after we sat down. Overall, despite the service we received with just trying to get seated, 8 Bit Brewing Company checks off all the goods: good for all ages, great for groups and families, good drinks, good food, and lovely atmosphere. A decent 3.8 but I'm rounding my rating to a 4 because we had a great time. read more

We went to 8bit tonight for my daughter in law's birthday. Bianca was our seater, server and much more. She really had her hands full tonight and did such a great job! Just loved her! My son had the special which was shrimp sliders. He said he really liked them. My DIL and I had the French Dip sandwich. She had her's with the side Cobb salad and green goddess dressing. Her and I both loved the sandwich and she loved the Cobb salad and I love their truffle fries. The kids had their usual, chicken strips and fries. They brought out a plate of mini churro's with whipped cream and Carmel sauce for the birthday girl. Everything was delicious and had a great time We'll be back again for sure!!!! read more

They have a bunch of classic arcade games around the space, so it's easy to spend some time playing while enjoying a drink. Last time I was here was when the arcade was not there. I ordered the pretzel which was good. I also ordered the grilled cheese and added bacon, I didn't know that there would be onions in it and wasn't expecting it. Would've rather not had them in there. So much has changed in 3 years since my initial review. We have been going here on and off the past few years but this week's stop was our first in probably 6-8months. We have brought so many friends here. Great place to enjoy great food and drinks while the kids play. Well not sure what happened but maybe they got a new chef and the menu has completely changed. What happened to the pulled pork Mac or the poutine fries, and all the other great items on the menu. Our last trip it was 6 adults and 4 kids and only 1 adult liked their food. Even the kid's menu has been watered down. We were tolerating how much more expensive the gaming experience was but now that it's paired with bad food then we might as well go to Round1 at this point. Total bummer.
