Very disappointed with my experience. The fees were extremely expensive, do not offer payment plans or couldn't adjust storage fees, even after I explained I had been hospitalized after my accident and could not pick up my vehicle. She told me I had to pay in person before 5 p.m. or my account would be sent to collections. I arranged transportation and showed up, only to find out she had left about an hour and a half early to pick up her kids. She asked me to wait 30 minutes after already closing early or come back again tomorrow, which was very unprofessional -- especially since I don't have a vehicle and had to coordinate a ride. She initially refused to let me pay over the phone and then later said she'll will make an "exception" (mind you for her sake of leaving the office unattended early) I could pay via email. Got a flat tire in my Tesla. Called a few tow companies in the area for a tow to big brand tires on Milpas from hidden valley area. Best price quoted was 805 roadside at $150. They showed up fast- maybe 10 minutes. I was surprised when they didn't have a flatbed for my Tesla but the driver was great and assured me "all 4 tires will be off the ground". He hooked up my car and put the back wheels on a dolly- no issues here- driver was very knowledgeable about teslas knowing that they need either a flatbed or dolly for towing to prevent catastrophe. Robber company！！！this towing company makes more money than robbing, their price is ridiculously high, $385 an hour, even though it's only 1 mile away. you better go get your car as early as possible because they charge $108 per day for storage. My car was illegally towed by los carneros apartments and I have a reasonable suspicion that they are working together. Saturday night to Monday morning totaled $720. Truthfully, these people are Lifesavers! I was in a really bad position. My moving truck was stuck on a hill, almost ready to flip over into a river bed.. I called their competitor in the area with a lot of five star reviews and they told me it would be $950 per hour two hour minimum. When I tried to explain the situation, the lady Was extremely rude and told me do you want us to do the job or not? I was shocked!! So I gave 805 roadside a chance. They came out within 30 minutes Hugo and I'm assuming his boss, charged me $350 per hour. It took them two hours because they were methodical to ensure they did not damage my truck while they were pulling it out safely putting it back on flatland.. The total bill was only $700. not only were they professional, but they were confident and kept their word with the price. Ran out of gas on the freeway and called for roadside assistance. My roadside assistance provider sent 805 Towing to get me a gallon to get me going again. I got a text pretty immediately from the roadside assistance provider that 805 Towing would be there in 30 to 60 minutes. They followed up with a phone number for 805 towing, which I called. A helpful lady answered the phone and let me know that the tow truck was just leaving their facility and was stopping to get gas and should be there shortly. A few minutes later I got a call from the tow truck driver himself saying he was on the way and requested my exact location on the freeway. He showed up about 5 minutes later and fueled me up. He was fast and friendly and I appreciated that they brought a large tow truck just in case the problem wasn't me running out of gas they could haul my large SUV away. If you don't have a roadside assistance provider that has a contract with a towing company in the area and are in need of assistance I would definitely recommend 805 Towing. read more

A distance of 0.3, and the quote was $150!!!! For a company who strives to provide an affordable price, what a JOKE!!! Their greediness led me to use Bob Holtzer Towing as they completely understand what affordable means by charging me less than half of what 805 Towing quoted me. My car got a flat tire in Goleta and I called 805 Roadside Towing for assistance. Ramiro was on the scene within 45 minutes and he was a pleasure to work with! Not only did he check the spare tire (which was useless), but he diagnosed the issue with the flat tire. When he realized it was a puncture on the top of the tire, he recommended me to go to a location that can patch it up. Ramiro then put air in my tire and we drove (me in my car and he in the towing truck) to the location (Filix Tires), where Filix and crew patched my tire in 5 minutes!! How efficient! I was on the road immediately and so far, no issues! Ramiro also recommended a place I can go to get a spare tire.
