On July 3, 2025, I rented a car from Budget (bad experience) only to find out the next day, July 4th, it had unsafe tires. On July 5th, I called Budget Roadside Assistance, and Budget contacted Next Level Towing & Transport (NLTT) in Oxnard. That's when my bad experience turned around. After a short wait, NLTT sent a tow truck to rescue me. The tow truck driver's name was Jose'. Jose' took pictures of the vehicle before he secured it onto his tow truck. Jose' took me from Camarillo, CA, to Burbank Airport Rental Cars, where I returned the car with unsafe tires for a replacement vehicle. Jose' then took the vehicle to Budget's storage yard located at 9775 AIRPORT BOULEVARD, LOS ANGELES, CA, where Jose' also took pictures of the vehicle after he dropped it at the Budget storage yard. When I returned from my trip, On July 16th, I was sent an invoice from Budget for vehicle damage and fees. I made a call to NLTT in Oxnard, and was able to contact Jose' who sent me before and after pictures of his transport, proving that the vehicle was not damaged (other than unsafe tires) when he left it at the Budget vehicle storage yard. No one likes having to call for a tow. However, if you find yourself in need of a tow, I highly recommend Next Level Towing & Transport in Oxnard for any towing you may require. Jose' was a very professional and friendly driver, and provided excellent customer service and support more than a week after he gave me a tow. If you're lucky, NLTT might send Jose', which will make your bad experience a little better. read more

I recently required roadside assistance and encountered Next level tow & transport. Sadly, the only thing "next level" about them was my level of frustration. After enduring a 70-minute wait, which was their initial estimated time, the driver canceled without any explanation, leaving me high and dry. This total disregard for customer time and lack of professionalism was astounding. No alternative assistance was offered, just a void where service should have been. It's one of those rare times when it's raining in CA, and of course I leave my keys locked in my car. Next Level Towing got there within an hour. Top notch service! I didn't realize my phone was going off once they were here, but they made sure they got a hold of me. Once I pointed out my car, they got me unlocked in less than a minute. Such a life saver. My electric car died around 8pm and finished helping me around 11pm. He towed my car to two different chargers even if they were out of the way. He waited with me until it was our turn to charge. He ended up using an external battery to bring my car back to life. Highly recommend!
