Another driver crashed into her. My daughters car needed picking up, she is in Santa Barbara at school and I am in Orange County, California. Gloria never called me back to help guide me through the process of how I need to pick up the car, even though her staff said she would call me back. I had never had to deal with such a circumstance, uninsured, drunk driver hitting my daughter's car. Today I was hit with the $6,000 invoice for storage and towing , formwhich I called her and actually this time she did talk to me, I asked why she never called me back and now this $6,000 bill. She said, it isn't her problem, it is my problem, you should have known what you needed to do and then hung up on me. It's why i requested twice For her to call me to help me with the process back in November. Gloria, thank you for your understanding. Good job making easy money on this for yourself. Very very very poor customer experience and I guess that's how you make easy money. She said she sold the debt to a collections agency. Not her problem. I too am in business for myself, and you know what I do......I compromise with the innocent and let them know I will buy back some of that debt to make it easier for you. And thank them for letting me know the situation and most importantly for not calling the customer back. Got to take responsibility where responsibility is due Gloria. You are slimy

I had a spare but discovered I had no bottle jack to change the tire. Simple solution I thought, call AAA. Turns out my AAA membership expired due to a previously compromised credit card. They basically said "Sorry, we can't help you". We were 90 miles from home and we were STUCK. Well, God showed up and as I looked out onto Hollister, a THOMAS TOWING flatbed tow truck drove by. I called Thomas Towing and met the most GRACIOUS professionals in the business. From the beautiful lady at the window to the incredible road warrior on the street. Martine is incredibly vigilant (he waited 15 minutes to see if the charge lasted) and advised me to get the battery which is warranteed changed out. He is so incredibly decent and professional. This Excellence Towing employee tried to start a fight with me after asking him nicely to remove…read morehis tow truck from completely blocking our driveway when I had to leave to go get some things right away for our newborn. I can't even begin to describe the level of sheer unprofessionalism this employee displayed not only to me but the people he was supposedly helping (see attached photo of him flipping me off). He has some serious deep-seated anger issues because he instantly got hostile and got in my face cussing and shouting at me to hit him, trying to provoke a fight, which he would've lost if he had hit me first. What was worse was this his son was watching from the tow truck cab the entire time, so on top of that this guy is the worlds worst role model for being a father, I feel bad for his poor kid. I have video footage from security cameras at my home as well as my phone when I recorded video of him in order to stop a potential crime, there were several witnesses as well. Will be filing a police report, hopefully this guy will get fired and go to jail where he belongs for attempted assault. He has no business in a customer service job like this with his anger problems.

I came here in a panic this morning after I figured out my car was towed. Staff member Elda was…read morecompletely useless, rude and made my situation much more stressful. No help. The second I walked in with an elder person responsible for paying for these services, she refused to let both of us in the office. Stated she would only take one person. Almost like a power trip. She wouldn't even take the payment because two people were present. If you find yourself in my situation just make sure you run into the right staff because it makes all the difference. Almost had to call the cops to get my car back only to find out my car was towed to another place. How unprofessional.
