Kevin was really professional and able to email me a quote shortly after our meeting. I figured they would be booked and planned to schedule a few weeks out for installation. Understanding my schedule Kevin was able to come later that day with his service manager Doeane to take care of the installation. Doeane made sure to go over the setup/ operation of the alarm in detail and made sure everything was working properly. Kevin was committed to making sure that I was comfortable with the price and explained the quote giving me multiple options to see what would work best for my needs. 10/10 from beginning to end, would recommend based on my experience.
