The shop was bright and clean with a good waiting room area. Staff checked for problems like alignment and they even gave us an alignment which combined with the new tires meant a much smoother ride. I didn't know that I thought they were like other tire places . I got a flat tire and pulled over to get out of the way of traffic and since I drove on the tire while it was flat it voided the warranty (I was in the middle of the street ). If you get a nail , if you hit a pot hole . If the tire doesn't wear evenly , if it's not aired properly and so on ,your not covered . I only had 15,000 miles on 70,000 mile warranty tire . I ended paying over $160 for the tire . Matt left me under the impression that I was covered , until I came in the next day and his store manager told me he didn't hear him. I'll eat this one but they lost my business . I can at least warn people not to do business here . I hope this helps you guys out thanks.
