DO NOT BUY DISPOSABLES HERE! I asked before purchasing if the they would let me test it to make sure it was okay. The boy working there said that yes I could test it and if it didn't work he would swap it. I tried it after purchasing and it was a faulty burnt disposable. I asked him to swap it and he said that technically smoke came out so it was not broken and he would not be able to swap it. No integrity at this store. He said that all sales were final and was not even willing to give me a discount on another disposable. I will never step into this store again read more

I don't like writing negatives reviews, but I just have to. Each time I've gone to this place, I say I won't go back, but since I live down the street, I have frequented this place. I have felt like a bother 90% of the time I have purchased an item from this store. Two times as I was walking up...a sales person said they were going on break and reluctantly let me in to buy something quickly. Both times were around 8pm. There is nothing posted about closing during that time. 2 other times I was trying to buy something and the sales guy was on the phone the whole time, rushing me through the purchase. Final straw was today, I wanted to exchange an item that was "ice" salt vape juice, and I hated it. No accommodation was made. The sales man I spoke with today was nice about it, and I did buy a new one that wasn't ice, but it would have been nice to have been offered a discount at the least. Their salt nicotine selection is also very minimal. I would rather go somewhere that appreciates their customers. read more
