A friend had a beautiful bouquet delivered to me for my birthday, which was a scorching hot day. I came home from work to water my front yard and saw a bright spot with lots of purples and lavenders from the corner of my eye. The extremely thoughtful delivery person decided that the bright sun of my porch was a bad place for fresh flowers and placed the vase under the protective leaves of my philodendron plant in a shady spot. It meant the world to me and the person who sent them to me from far away. The bouquet was beautiful, and I still have it almost 1 week later. WOW! This has to be the first time I have ordered flowers online and got more then I expected. Normally, I would be overpaying for a tiny floral arrangement, that is delivered way late, and looks NOTHING like the picture. I decided to give brand florist a shot! This is the place I go to whenever I need a quickie arrangement. You can get a cute/ medium sized bouquet for about $25 dollars. I usually go with a mix of roses, daisies, sunflowers, lilies and whatever else they have. So, I usually end up with about half a dozen roses, and half a dozen more sprigs of other flowers. For the same price, the flower arrangements here, are nicer than the ones from proflowers.com or conroys. I just ordered a single strand lei for $25. Their selection is a bit on the smaller side, so call before if you are looking for anything in particular. Street parking available. read more

I ordered an arrangement with Brand through their website for delivery (I'm out of town and want to treat my sweetheart to a surprise). THAT experience was pretty flawless (and credit goes to eflorist.com for that). However, when the arrangement didn't get delivered, I called the 1-800 number. Mi Ok Suh (apparently, the proprietor) she said she knew nothing of the order because, "my computer is broke" and that I'd have to call the website. Clearly frustrated (she has a very thick accent and limited English, so communication was difficult), she didn't give me the number and just hung up. eflorist.com does NOT HAVE a posted phone number, only the mailing address to their general counsel. :) I tried to call back and it went to a voice mail box that is full. I tried calling the next day throughout the day and the mail box is still full. I dug on the eflorist.com site and found that it is being run by TeleFlora. I went to THEIR website and got a phone number. There is absolutely no record of me in their system at all. Service was not rendered: zero stars. read more

I ordered a same day delivery at around 10am. This was for a congratulations for baby delivery. It's 2:30pm. Still no flowers. I called first number listed on the website. I wasn't sure that I had the right business because they just answered "hello". I had to ask and make sure I was calling the right place. Then I said I wanted to check on my order. I'm thinking there may be a language barrier. Took me a few times to explain I already ordered and was checking on the status. She said her driver would take the order in 5 minutes. -_- She didn't apologize or anything or give me an explanation. She just kept saying ok and rushing me off the phone. I'll update this post when they receive the flowers. Hopefully I get a picture. This florist was closest to Adventist Hospital so that's why I chose it.... We will see. I live in Chicago, IL and my mom needed a flower arrangement for a funeral. I live in Sacramento and I have a regular florist here. But I needed flowers prepared and delivered in time for my Uncle's funeral. Using a Teleflora order book, I chose a nice spray, paid for it locally, and my florist friend contacted Brand Florist to prepare the arrangement and had it delivered to the cemetary chapel.
