Ashley was friendly and connected me one of their guys. Brandon came out the next day. I work from home so I saw him as he pulled up. He was really friendly and walked me through what he was going to do. Then he went over my roof and even my siding and windows with a fine tooth comb! After he showed me a VERY detailed inspection report. He found a ton of stuff I had no idea was an issue or damage but he explained what it was and then we called my insurance and set up for my adjustor to come. He met my adjustor and talked with them for a while, going over the propertty again and with a ton of paperwork. Brandon and his guy (can't remeber his name) made all the complex paperwork make sense and then got my homeowner insurance to cover nearly everything! I only had to pay my deductable and I got a new roof and siding and even some gutters! Even our little casita got a new lid. It looks GREAT and they were really fast. ...Oh, and I have always heard that roofers left a mess but these guys really cleaned uop nice. Issues from start to finish. technically its still not finished because theres a buckled shingle they were suppose to fix and never did or the numbers we discussed over the garage door that were never installed. but I'm not surprised since they don't put the gutters where we talked about. plus stains on the driveway, removed a garage door seal, didn't tell me, then when I figured it out from the freezing garage, i was responsible for getting the 16' piece of material For an exterior company because they don't deal with garage door seals. not to mention the generic receipt for spending 38 grand. no break down on materials or labor and no tax.
