We went to close on our house last Spring, and the night before the newly renovated basement was flooded. Stratum Struct will give you renewed faith in contractors. Our 1920s board formed concrete bsmt in Ferguson MO had a 5ft vert crack and an opening surrounding the perimeter of the water service pipe penetration. I texted pictures to Matt, he promptly responded with a reasonable quote, took a VISA deposit over the phone, dispatched a crew to inject polyurethane though the ports that were epoxy secured to the wall - all in 2.5 wks from my initial Google contractor search. The cured epoxy surface was very smooth making finish painting EZ for the customer. After receiving 3 bids, I decided to hire Stratum Structural Systems. I hired them for two jobs. a minor crack repair for one property and then a complete drain tile system and extend the downspouts away from the foundation for another property. Their pricing was competitive and Matt is extremely knowledgeable and professional. The crews who completed the work were on time and finished the work as promised. We were very happy with the finished product. We only have a few nit picky clean up issues that aren't worth mentioning.
