I was able to get an appointment scheduled within the same week. They do provide a service window, but I requested a later time and they were able to accommodate me. The technician who came out was William, and he was very friendly, professional, and efficient. He answered all of my questions and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time. The pricing was fair and comparable to other companies in town. Overall, I had a very positive experience with Econoair.

Chris came out and figured out what I needed. He gave me an estimate that was reasonable, in my opinion including a warranty. I was sent an email contract that I signed immediately. Three days later, measurements were taken and I was told the install would happen the next Monday. Brody and Brian arrived on time and handled everything. They installed the A/C, smoke detectors and a carbon monoxide detector. I was shown how to use the new, fancy thermostat and they were done. I called the office to make my payment. Done!
