We called the office of Premier Aluminum to have them come out and repair screens that have come…read moreloose due to poor workmanship. We were told that the screens were covered for 10 years, my screens are 7 years old and are supposedly covered under the warranty. Well, we were told the screens are covered but not the labor. They don't tell you when you are purchasing an enclosure that the labor cost is not covered under the warranty. We were told that they would call us the following day and let us know when they could come take a look. It's been 6 days now and haven't heard a peep from Premier Aluminum! My wife has called every day and got the answering machine; we never heard back from them! Great customer service!!! Basically, Premier Aluminum is not the place you want to deal with for anything. Due to their poor workmanship, now I have to pay for the repairs out of my pocket. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. TERRIBLE COMPANY STAY AWAY

They were overbooking and taking more then they can do. The storm really did a number on peoples screen enclosures. They are hard workers but I notice the staff is getting overwhelmed with the over work and struggling to stay afloat. Some customers were not so friendly on the phone to me and other staff but most customers were ok and understanding with all the damage and properties that needed fixing. I was answering phones while there and putting people on a list. I will say the company is good and they are hard workers trying to provide excellence and good customer service to clients and their homes. It was a stressful time for everybody because this storm but every staff member was nice to me while I helped out there.

I would have given them four stars, but the crew dropped screws around property and one punctured one of my car's run flat tires and had to be replaced. The owner claimed it was not a cage frame screw from his company and would not cover the replacement tire cost, even though the screw matched the specialty screws they were using. The replacement cost was only a few hundred dollars, but the fact they left many screws around the property and wouldn't accept responsibility for causing a flat tire says a lot about the company.
