It was a lie on one end or the other as they told my employee one thing and me another.. They could have just called and said the order wasn't ready. Instead I adjusted my project, my day, and paid my employee for wasted time. There was no attempt to rectify in any way.

Overall there rock was good quality. After spreading the rock, we realized that we needed more rock. We ordered two more yards of crimson. The rock they delivered had at least a half of the load that was clay soil and not rock. I took photos and visited the Earth Elements office. I informed the office that I was not happy. I knew exactly what I wanted and had called ahead earlier in the week. They were very friendly and rung me up promptly. The guy who loaded my gravel was a pro. Even though they have a giant sign that says not responsible for damage to vehicles, after watching him load I knew my truck was in good hands. Everything she picked was beautiful and excellent quality. All items were delivered within a week and ready for us to pick up.
