They called, made an appointment, were on time, came out, and we had a signed contract the 1st week of December for a new cage. They told us then they were booking work out into July, and sure enough, the last week of July they were at the house and started work. The design was to the new code, with panoramic walls. They stripped out the old framing bolted to the cement, installed the new framework with hurricane fasteners, super screening to keep no-see-ums out, new 7" super gutters and two new 42" screen doors. They were meticulous in their work. Everything fit together perfectly - no gaps or bridges between parts. The screening is tight and seamless. They cleaned up everything after the job was done, and came back a couple of days later to do some touch up painting where a piece of the framing was scratched in transport. Some of our neighbors had a lot of difficulty with the companies they used- huge delay, incomplete work, repeated return trips to fix issues. We had none of that. And, the price, which included all permitting and engineering drawing and fees, was lower than what they paid for their comparably sized (23'x36'x 4' Mansard roof on top of 9' walls plus a 9'x12'x9' extension). Their work passed inspection the first time. The new cage is beautiful, and we couldn't be happier with the work. In fact, we had them rebuild out front door areaway and have them coming back to install gutter guard for us. See the pics. We highly recommend Topla, Inc.

Seemed expensive and a long lead time, but fine, they are highly rated so I went with them. During the job, they came out 4 times to measure the windows. 4 times! Also, took 3 installing visits to get it right. Again, things happen, so was just glad when the job was completed. Got the final bill. It was $1800. Called the office to ask why. Got the owner. Told it was for travel surcharge to the island. I said it wasn't part of the original quote. She then in a very patronizing way went on to tell me they sent an email in January (that I don't have in my records) telling about the surcharge. Again fine. As I was ending the call, said they need to be careful. It won't always be this busy and people will remember how she treats them. Her response was to say "she wasn't going to listen to me school her on her business and she was hanging up." And she did. Unbelievable. I wanted to tell her I also have run very large businesses, and when a customer wants to give you feedback, listen!!! Anyone who is looking to open a screening company, come to Fort Myers, FL. The largest competitor is arrogant and has no interest in listening to paying customers!

She was very understanding and apologetic about the situation and assured me she would take care of the issue. True to her word, the very next day Dave, the installer who originally did the work, came to my home and repaired all of the problem areas, including the loose screens and the spline that had come out. Dave did an excellent job, just as he did during the original installation. While I was frustrated with the difficulty I had initially getting a response, I do want it noted that once Kay became involved, the company responded quickly and the problems were resolved professionally. I appreciate Kay for taking the time to listen and make things right, and I thank Dave for the quality work and for coming out promptly to fix everything.

There was debris from demolition left in the middle of the yard (I had to move it). Roof panels left in the yard for days. Job is still incomplete, roof leaks, aluminum damaged, poor and messy workmanship. I have contacted them numerous times (at least once a month) and they said they would be out to take care of it but never did. Now I have to hire another contractor to finish and fix their mess.

I would have given them four stars, but the crew dropped screws around property and one punctured one of my car's run flat tires and had to be replaced. The owner claimed it was not a cage frame screw from his company and would not cover the replacement tire cost, even though the screw matched the specialty screws they were using. The replacement cost was only a few hundred dollars, but the fact they left many screws around the property and wouldn't accept responsibility for causing a flat tire says a lot about the company.

I waited 16…read moremonths from Hurricane Irma after getting the runaround from several other rescreening companies and being quoted ludicrous prices. Aluminum Concepts came with a recommendation from the aluminum and screen supplier, who I know personally. That says a lot. He lived up to the recommendation, showing up on time, getting the job done exactly on schedule, and going above and beyond to repair some small issues not addressed in our contract. I asked about ways to reduce my gutter maintenance, and Sherman recommended gutter guards, which work remarkably well so far - I knew about these, but was hesitant to install them, but now that I see them installed professionally, I get it. They also showed up with all the right ladders and tools. They even had some custom built tools specific to the trade that made the job easier. It's clear that they know what they are doing. I am a trade contractor myself, so I know good workmanship, and I know the challenges that contractors have. Sherman handled everything professionally and gave me confidence to trust his judgment. I'm glad I chose the superscreen, despite the added cost. I don't think I would have made the investment if I didn't hire someone who I thought would back the product. Now that I know they do a whole array of aluminum gutter and soffit work, I'll definitely be calling again when the time comes for further service and installation work. I am happy to publicly recommend this company.

It is now April 17 and they cancelled my contract because they STILL don't have engineering drawings and they told me that it will be 1 - 3 months to get through permitting in a best case scenario. I asked for a discount due to the delays and their inability to get the engineering done in a reasonable time, and they cancelled my contract!!! Now I'm back at square one and will have to wait 7-10 days to get the check and have it clear my bank. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE!!!!

I took over a contract from a previous owner and it was in my Escrow. Azure pools completed the…read moreconstruction work a couple of weeks after I moved in. I paid for the water and they filled the pool without cleaning it, including cigarettes ends and 1/2 of mud and debris. The owner said don't worry it will clean itself. Of course that cost them a filter and the pool cleaner was missing his mind. They didn't make good the outside of the construction I had to pay a stucco guy. The didn't make good the garden area that was trampled. The HOA made Eddie the owner come and pick up all the building bricks etc. The power wash guy was sent after the pool was filled. Not good and he told me that he had told the crew to clean up all the cement splashes on the pool cage and spa. They didn't do that. The new lighting didn't work correctly that too from Mid November to End of Feb to fix. So many excuses while this was being done. The tiles were not straight (the original tiles which the same company installed are perfect). Also everything was stained. After many calls they did come to clean the tiles and did a good job. They replace maybe 10% of the tiles that were installed on a slope or uneven or not in line with coping. I called again. Julie who always answered and is very good promises to pass a message to the boss Eddie. Nothing, called again. Today we tried and Eddie called, threw Julie under the bus and said she never asked him to call until today. Anyway I said the timing is still a mess and nowhere near as good as your original job a year ago. He said I have no legal rights, and he isn't going to replace any tiles. He claimed he saw it and it looks great. I said BS. He then gets his panties in a bunch and said if I don't stop cursing he will put the phone down. I said I didn't curse no F bomb etc and saying his crazy statement was BS is not cursing. I offered for him to come and look at it with me and if a spirit level says I am wrong I'll shake his hand and say no more. He put the phone down and refused to answer my call. As you can see from a few photos the job is diabolical. I see the reply by the owner, a lot of which is inaccurate and mostly very untrue. The I have never reviewed the coping or tile with Eddie the owner ever. Throwing his employee under the bus shows the character of this guy and his 101 excuses and never owning up to anything shows his lack of integrity. The pictures tell the story, period. Anyone who is interested in researching this company for possible hiring are very welcome to come and view the "finished" product and the lack of quality Eddie adheres to. I live in Estero and any time is convenient. I am not going to get in to a tit for tat with words, I don't need to as the pictures tell a thousand words.

He couldn't have been nicer or more helpful and I had a lot of questions and ideas .One thing lead to another and a vision I had for quite a long time was coming together. This was the right time and the right company to create our now beautiful pool and deck.it is stunning and each step of the way way was well executed with attention to excellence. The transformation is amazing and we are enjoying our fabulous new pool area. Still finishing up some lighting and Jason is still helping to make sure all is completed to our and Azure standards. We couldn't be happier.
