I will be the most popular person at Small groups

I think this place is more expensive than Portos but I just like that there's not a big line. The cakes are delicious and I love all the different flavors. Definitely a dangerous place for me to go to today. I just picked up some cake cakes for a birthday party five stars.

Jessica Llamas ugly attitude makes me not want to come back maybe because there's two baristas that dont even try to help but as a service worker myself it doesn't take much to say thank you...??

Wonderful, light, and fresh pastries that anyone would love. I enjoyed the selection but make sure to get in early because they will run out fast. We got there around 9 AM and more than half of the pastries were already gone!!! There were plenty of cake slices and other refrigerated goods available but highly recommend to get there early. Drinks were tasty! I ordered the lemonade and hibiscus chilled tea. Loved it! Plenty of seating for a few friends. Overall service is fast and friendly! Would definitely come back!

Soft, fresh baked items... I just love the premium milk bun.... Must try the chocolate royal dessert it's so good. I do love to get their bacon garlic bread and eat it for breakfast.

I still give them a 5 because they have good bread and coffee, but I can't say the same about the cakes. I've tried the Mango, forest, and coffee crème brûlée (recently) and they weren't my favorite. I rather drive to Porto's. Yesterday I tried the coffee one and although it was tasty, the bread was really dry! I would not buy again.

    Boba Milk Tea

I was craving Boba Milk Tea, and was really impressed at how good their drink was here. I'll be coming back for more. Yummy!

    Hibiscus lemonade was very good

First time visitor to the location. Grabbed a spinach and kale pastry and a hibiscus lemonade. Both items were very good and fresh. Prices were good and customer service was very good. The only negative item was the limited pastry and bread selection. Despite this issue, this was a good dining experience.

Milk tea. No sugar. No boba 8/10

Came in on Christmas Eve to get some oolong milk tea. I just want to say thanks to 85 for being the only milk tea place open lol also, I'd like to shout out the hard working staff that kept things moving fast. I don't know why this location has bad reviews. But I hope mine helps. No matter what 85 I go to, I always have a great experience. And that's why I keep going back. Fair prices, wide selection. Clean restaurants and great service. Plenty of parking too. I use my 85 app to earn points towards freebies. Nothing much to say here. Other than thanks for the good vibes and good milk tea. Keep up the good work.

This bakery has lots of drinks that are excessively sugary. The bakery part is good but they are often out of stock.

I was in the area and I've never had a cute coffee with the latte art (so many of my friends are going to roast me for this) When I pulled up -nice private parking -a staff member was outside painting on the windows with the cutest window art. The girl had talent! This place has also given back. They helped with the LA fires last year. So bonus points for places who give back. (They gave back to the Pasadena humane society) There was a pretty big line and it was pretty loud in here, but it went by very fast. My friend grabbed a table while I placed the order. -they do have a good amount of seating. The place is pretty small though. So we sat for a minute after our drinks came out and then decided to take it to go -they have latte art that changes every month. So I like they have some rotating options. It was my turn and I ordered two sugar free mocha iced coffees. One with regular foam, And mine had strawberry foam. When I told Matthew at the counter it was really important the one drink be as sugar free as possible due to my friend being diabetic, he warned us there was sugar in the foam, but he would go as light as possible. So I appreciate him warning us and taking it serious. I picked the new hello kitty art of the month (hello kitty in a bathing suit with waves and dolphins) And my friend picked from the new monthly latte art as well, and got the Kirby character Even though it was busy, it took probably 2 minutes for our drinks to be made Matthew was absolutely great. His energy, he had a smile on his face, was knowledgeable about the menu, Matthew was everything you'd want in a staff member. Just like any coffee place, you pay and give them a name for your order, and then they call your name and you pick up your coffee at the counter. These drinks hit the spot!!! It was very trendy. They had Sabrina carpenter and Olivia Rodrigo specials and they even had a Lana Del Rey latte (cinnamon girl, named after her song) only thing that bummed me out They had a case with delicious pastries. But since I came here later in the day, they only had a couple stragglers left behind -they open at 7 am, for everyone needing their morning coffee -vegan options -free WiFi -woman owned -LGBTQ owned -they give back to the community

We circled a little to find parking, but they have a public parking lot next to the post office across the street. There is a 2 hour limit you should keep in mind. There were a decent amount of tables inside. We even got a table with outlets for our laptops. You seat yourself. I didn't see staff cleaning the whole time we were there. The staff here seem to be the cool type. As a customer I feel like my being there was interrupting their conversation. My niece ordered a Latte ($5.50) with the Cold Foam ($1.50) and I ordered the Oat Based Spanish ($7) with the Cold Foam ($1.50). They really pushed the cold foam here. We also ordered a Pistachio Croissant ($??) and a Kouign Amann ($??). Their pastry case can you better signage and clear pricing labeled. We both enjoyed our lattes for the most part. The croissant was pretty but it wasn't a tasty fluffy flakey croissant. It was a bit dense. Also neither pastries were heated up. The kouign amann was the most disappointing as we took a bite and it was SOUR. Not feeling it. Neither of us liked it and we tossed it. I think they put passionfruit in the filling and it ruined the whole thing. Had it been labelled we would have selected a different pastry. Before I left I also ordered a Matcha ($7.25) for the road... WARNING... For some reason they put maple and cinnamon in their matcha. I should have been more clear with which one I was ordering. It wasn't like toss-it awful but it was like mhmm, would have liked it better without the maple and cinnamon. Ohh and I interacted with a different staff, but they were also trying to push the cold foam. I already tried it, I don't need any more cold foam. I like the spanish latte, not too excited for the pastries, and staying away from the matcha. The hanging out aspect with my niece was the best thing about my visit.

My favorite was the chicken salad. I used their green salsa and it was delicious. The tamales was good. Today I learned I don't really like the flavor of banana leaf that gets absorbed into the tamal. Also, it was primarily made of rice.
