5 stars for the customer service. Very friendly staff. Everyone had a specific role and they were just on the go go go! There was enough staff for at least 2 employees to take customer orders. 1 star for the coffee. I don't believe that there was anything wrong with the way the drinks were made. I simply believe both the latte and frappe coffee drinks were OVERLY sweet for my refined coffee taste profile. If a sweet drink lacking any significance of coffee is what you're craving, this is the place for you. 0 stars for their interior decor. It seriously looks like they just gave up. it's dark inside. There wasn't any music playing in the background. Nothing about this place gives off that welcoming feeling other coffee shops give off. Update on my review, came here and tried some more flavors. I don't drink coffee but I do love their decaffeinated drinks like the different flavors of blended cream. When I'm in town, we try to get a drink and a pastry. My favorite is the horchata blended cream and their tres leches muffin. They are usually always busy. The service is efficient. The last time I went there wasn't a place to sit but not sure about now. The ambiance is like a cafe. read more

So. Fricken. Yummy. I got the rice and beans frappe which is ground coffee beans and horchata with espresso as an icy blended drink and the flavor was phenom. I personally wasn't too fond of the crunchy beans but my boyfriend liked it so to each their own I guess. We also got a chocolate croissant and a tres leches muffin (not pictured bc we gobbled it up too quick XD). The staff was SO knowledgeable and friendly, helped us picked because there's just too many good options! Have to say I've only been here a few times because the parking is insane but now they don't even have seating inside. The people here are always nice here so that's always a perk but if you expect to be able to sit and enjoy your coffee this isn't your spot. Parking is premium here as it only has 5 spots to begin with and when there's a semi making deliveries like today getting in and out is pretty much mission impossible. It is loud inside so maybe that's why they don't seating but who knows. I came in here with my 5 month old didn't bring down a stroller because I figured I'm only ordering one latte it should be okay, well they took so long to give me my drink I had to ask for a refund. I don't mind waiting but come on there's not one chair for customers, they want our money but can't even put some chairs for customers to sit while waiting. If you order online, it makes the process even quicker. I like this location, because I get to avoid the long drive thru line of the closest Tierra Mia. Been her a couple times for coffee only. The horchata iced coffee is good and toward the end it you can see the cinnamon and rice powder. This is however, extremely sweet. And I mean, get the insulin ready sweet. Definitely will ask for half the sweetness next. The barista was extremely kind and patient --they even gave me some recommendations and suggested the dulce de leche frappe which was amazing! I am a huge fan of their tres leches muffins and their honey matcha latte ( a fairly new drink on the menu) so I also got those! Unfortunately this location does not have indoor or outdoor seating, so everything is to go! I popped in here on Sunday morning before grabbing a few last minute Christmas needs. Parking was a little limited but I managed to get a spot at the pancake place nearby (I don't know if that's actually allowed tbh). I get inside and there's virtually no line. Just two people waiting for their drinks and one person ordering. Everything looked SO good in the pastry case. My mom and I got a banana nut muffin, a tree leches muffin and a blueberry muffin (we were hungry) we also ordered two horchata lattes. One hot and one cold. When you compare prices and quality, you can't beat Tierra Mia. In the past, I would have easily paid around $40 plus dollars for the same amount of food and drinks at a "bigger chain" coffee place but it was a little over $20. The lattes were DELICIOUS!!!! Such good flavor. The cinnamon. The sweetness. So perfect. But the star was really the strawberry tree leches muffin. So unique. Really recommend that one. I just wish they had more locations closer to where I live but I will gladly visit when I'm in the area. The staff was also super friendly so that's a major plus. read more

I love that this location is open late. Employees are super friendly and efficient. I was immediately welcomed once I walked in and greeted with a smile. It was super quiet in there and it looked like all the seats were picked up for the night. Parking was a little difficult as they have a small parking lot. I ordered the Lavender Latte and I was not disappointed. It was the perfect temperature that I was able to enjoy it right away. Where do I start ... Can't believe everything that gets hyped by IG. We traveled far to come and check this place out that IG made seem like it was so amazing well I was so amazingly disappointed. The young lady behind the counter looked clueless at what she was doing which made our wait in line even longer. Once what looked like to be the owner clocked in to help this young lady the line started to move and the orders started to flow.
