I normally call ahead and set up a time but they offer walk ins and don't think there's an issue with walking in as it's never looked like there's a wait in the times I've gone. Everyone is super friendly despite a bit of language barrier with the masseuses. Massages have been superb and have left feeling relaxed and calm. Massages have been the perfect pressure and they spot on know we both suffer from sciatic nerve pain and I swear they know it and target it every time! They did a full 30 min reflexology which I thought was ok, I think the music in the background was distracting my concentration to relax. 30 mins of full back massage was amazing. The lady was working so hard to get the kinks out my back but I'm so darn stiff it's crazy. She worked on flushing out the toxins by massaging in a downward motion for lymphatic drainage. She massaged my hips and thighs and wanted to pass out when I got home. Luckily I was filled with energy ready for work the next day. They got a little too friendly in some areas, not violatingly friendly, but a little uncomfortable friendly. We also all felt sore. They did really really deep tissue, probably too much pressure. I been to get a full body massage with my friend. First time in this location. I wasn't happy with their service at all, the lady who did my body massage doesn't have an idea what is a spinal cords. Her hands can't get off on my spines which I complained trying to say please avoid my spines. The bad part is- they can't speak English and it is hard to communicate well. The guy who massage my friend, try to help her understand he pulled out a phone from his pocket for the translation of what I wanted to let her know about not to hit my spines. Both of them can't speak English so they only depends on the translator app. Then she continued to massage me, she still can't avoid my spines so I tried to remind her when I do movement. I feel bad and so concerned as walking out the building thinking what if my spines got damage? After a few hours my spines are sore, more than my muscles. I did not feel relax at all. My whole hour just wasted. The rush massage and no patterns was concerning for me. I was just thinking the whole hour being in the room if they are even licensed. The prices were what I was expecting. I had a lady that helped me, and she didn't really speak English. The pressure she used was enough and not too much. She did notice that my shoulders were tight (which is a common thing I hear when I get massages from anywhere), but I didn't feel like she spent more time on trying to loosen them up. I went there Saturday evening and did the 30 minutes feet and 30 minutes back. It was not what or how they have previously done massage/reflexology. I almost stopped the man from massaging my feet or just rubbing and not doing the work of previous massage people. I know for a fact that he was cleaning another room and came straight in and started working on me. I am a nurse and cleanliness is essential. I have been absolutely miserable after he did my back. Never ever do you work on someone and push/massage everything upward so it settles in their neck and shoulders. I thought that maybe he would change up the routine and work downward. in order to flush toxins out of the upper body, it has to be moved towards the kidneys to flush it out. I said something to the front desk when I went to check out. I was told through the phone interpreter app that I could have it done my way next time. It's not my way but the way of massage and flushing the body out properly. I will not be back to this place. The quality has definitely gone down and I am tighter and hurt more than when I went in. I routinely get deep sports massages but wanted a relaxing, quiet atmosphere. The facility off of I-30, by Ridgarmall is much better at least in the past if you could get past the fingers smelling like cigarette smoke. Been here twice now. Second time will be the last. There were three of us myself, husband and teen son we did the 90 min foot/back combo all in the same room, which was nice. My massage tech smelled of cigarette smoke especially on his hands as he was attempted to massage my face which was really just spreading oil, seemed super rushed and breathed loudly. Also used so much pressure I was bruised and very sore. When it was time for me to lie on my stomach I was asked to remove my shirt, in a room with another male tech. Um NOPE! I ended up with a series of bites that look like bed bug bites. The room was super dark with dark towels and blankets anything could be living in that. My husband was exceptionally sore and bruised as well. When we were leaving our bill should have been $195 for three they said $285 and when I asked it to be recalculated they said they charge 3% for credit. Got it but $65 x 3 + 3% is NOT $285.00. read more

The man administering my "massage" kept leaving the room to answer the phone and wait on people who walked in, yet he kept "pace" with the "choreographed massage routine" the other massagers where giving the rest of my group. He never touched my arms, so I asked for him to spend another 30 min working on my arms, since I had been doing yard work and they were very sore. The package we chose was $45 for 30min back and 30min foot massage. Another package is 50min back and 40min foot massage for $65, so I thought at the most it would be $65. He charged me $80, when I never received the full hour to begin with! I recommend making an appointment with a qualified licensed massage therapist to therapeutically address your specific physical needs. I will in the future! read more

He poked around on my face and head and not in a massagy kind of way, more like a toddler trying to destroy his jello. He stuck his fingers in my ears and I thought for sure I was getting punked by the friend who recommended this place to me, lol. I was left with bruises all over my back and was tender for days. I went with a friend and we received simultaneous massages by 2 different people and hers was just as painful and strange. We couldn't wait for the massage to be over. I went for a foot massage but decided to get a back massage too. The main reason I was there was for a foot massage because I stand on my feet all day and I swear to you, whoever did my feet, his hands were like a five year olds! I have had women massage my feet better than that. I mean, I just had a fresh pedicure the other day so my feet weren't tore up...needless to say I was not happy. I went home and had to massage my feet because they were still hurting. To make matters worse, when he massaged my back, I thought he was going to break it he was applying so much pressure! He should have been putting that pressure on my feet! So now my back and my feet were sore. Oh and while my face was down, whatever was on the other side of that hole smelled disgusting. It smelled like hot breath and old fish. It needs to be cleaned out with alcohol or bleach. I never had this type of experience at any other happy feet location and I was extremely dissatisfied. There's another place that does the same thing in this area and I had a great experience but I was trying to be loyal to the Happy Feet franchise.
