We also get the ginger with chicken dish ! Thai hot is super hot, which I love. However, my boyfriend prefers medium and we get chili powder on the side for more heat if needed. Even though it's the off season, I was surprised to find that we were the only customers when we walked in tonight at 7:00 PM. I have been going here for years and it is almost never super busy even in the height of the season which is a good thing. P.s.---- no judging on how much I ate!!!! I miss my family and was hungry lol. Food: Tom Yum & Tom Kha-----I'm a major Tom soup fan (Both Kha and Yum) But Kha is my specialty lol. You won't be disappointed with either here I assure you. The Kha here is a teeeeny bit more creamy, which wasn't bad at all, but just a heads up for those who don't like it that way. The flavor profile is amazing in both. The only thing here, you have to request spice if you want it, they don't automatically request spice level and it will come standard if so. (Or at least during my experience). Hamachi Carpaccio----- great flavor. Super fresh sushi. They have their own Ponzu here which is awesome! Sushi--- I can't sit here and lie aside from the hamachi and say I had a bunch of sushi because I didn't. However, I do a lot off offshore fishing and eat sashimi on the boat every trip.... Which means I KNOW FRESH GOOD TUNA, WHITE, YELLOW etc etc. See the picture in my review for reference. This stuff is fresh and great quality. I watched the waiter hurry and rush to the door after quickly dropping some dishes on a nearby table, just so he could step outside and open the door for a group of ladies walking out of the restaurant. went to this place the afternoon before hurricane Milton and was lucky it was open, so I ordered quite a bit of food. I will start with the good I had their spicy tuna poke, which was absolutely awesome. Also had the Penang curry. Absolutely awesome had a California roll. Had a California roll, which was very good but the rest was terrible.. The seared tuna was almost a brown color and tasted as bad as it looked. We threw it in the disposal the chicken satay five sticks with minuscule chicken on it was like eating shoe leather threw three of the five away. The pineapple curry was just OK . It was $109.22 worth of food that wasn't worth $40. Sadly, we have many many Asian Thai restaurants in the area. This one will not be on my list to return to, unless it's for the spicy tuna poke. read more
