It made me feel like I wasn't ripped off. They were really great. Danielle who is the owner or manager, handles all the customer service. She was very responsive and answered all our questions. I would recommend them for a roof like ours, the flat roof with a membrane surface that has to be redone every so often.

When we decided to remodel our current home, which was a much larger project, we knew we wanted to get an estimate from Johnnie at BP. We ultimately went with them and are glad we did. Jillian coordinated purchases for our project, and Jesse was our project manager. Walls, ceilings, electric, plumbing, and doors moved. Tile was replaced, new cabinets and lighting installed. The work was again completed on time and within approved budget. We really are pleased with how our house looks and how functional it is, and we've recommended BP Remodeling to friends. One is in the midst of their project now. We hope we are done with remodeling homes, but we would not hesitate to use BP again based on our experience.

Update first day of two: Jesse has the two new water scupper devices installed. The first seals are setting up. His practiced eye found two areas where the flat roof emulsion was lifted up, a little. A little is all it takes for rain water to seep down. We have to accept it might not be a single solution. But I am confident in his skills and knowledge. From the ground , the work looks sharp. Last step will be prime and paint the correct color. Which I have in reserve for small things. On to tomorrow....

Every single time I need them they answer and send somebody out the next day. There are times of the year where they're busier, but generally speaking they can come out very quickly. Their quotes are always detailed and fair and they send them out very quickly. When I wanted more explanations of the quote, I was able to talk to somebody on the phone who kindly spent a lot of time with me and walked me through everything. They offer a discount if you agree to do the work within 30 days and it's a pretty significant discount. To an already competitively priced quote. The work they do is excellent. It's top quality truly. They don't make a mess and they fix everything to top standards. I've never once experienced a problem resulting from the work they've done. I haven't had the best luck with local contractors, but roof savers is the one company in town that I have absolute peace of mind with. A+ company. I don't even think I'll get quotes from other places ever again. There's just simply no need when I have somebody like roof savers that I can trust.

I have never received such horrible service. Long story short we were left with a huge mess in our bathroom for over two months. And a kitchen with no sink or even a temporary countertop. The one star is for the plumbing company and fabricator that we're contracted out by CCR. They were great and told us that they also hated any work with Rick or CCR. I want to say that the company would be good and we just got a bad project manager but if you call the office it's not any better. The only person that would even return our calls was Ricks kid daughter. Anyways, if you need someone to do a quick demo job I would recommend them but for ANY form of follow up, customer service, or human decency RUN from any projects with Rick or CCR.

I hired another company who came out and said it may be the cartage and watched him replace it. The shower no longer leaked. Paid the new company $255.00 for the repair. I believe this company attempted to scam me and do a lot more expensive repair that would have cost over $1000.00. My advise, do not ever use this company.

BUYER BEWARE! WARNING! He was recommended to me so I hired…read morehim in 2011 to put elastomeric roof coating on one roof- he seemed nice and seemed to do an ok job so I hired him again in 2012 for a 2nd roof. Roof 1 was in bad shape after less than 3 years and roof 2 was leaking inside the house approximately 2.5 years later. On roof 2 he used a 5-year product but it didn't last even half that time! There was a 3-year warranty on it so he came out and told me he was only going to do the minimum to fix the roof because he decided that I wasn't going to hire him again, even though I told him that would depend on how he handled this situation. While we were talking he was rude, unreasonable, unprofessional, became a bit aggressive and got a "tone/ attitude" with me. He even told me in a threatening tone that he was "going to educate me about the roofing business." When people behave this way it makes me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. He also said the roof was so bad that it needs to be recoated and that he would do it for a "good price." Uhmm... he's the one that last did the roof and there's a warranty that's still current... Why would I pay him more to do anything else? 4 days after the repair, I looked at the roof and the repairs he'd done were cracking already! I called him to tell him the repair work was cracking- he continued to be rude and accused me of trying to get him to recoat the entire roof (which I wasn't) and that there's only 4 months left on the warranty and "What do I expect?" and basically he isn't going to do it. As I was trying to talk to him he twisted my words saying I was saying something I wasn't, talking over me, laughed at me during the call, and then he hung up on me, while I was trying to talk to him. I have a warranty with him- he is refusing to do the repairs well and has been very rude. I hired him because he's licensed/ insured/ bonded and gave a warranty on his work but what good is that if he flat out refuses to do a good job with the warranty (since "there's only 4 months left"). His other reason for only doing the minimum is that it costs him money to fix things. Well, it cost me money to pay him for the original job that included a warranty that he now refuses to do a good job with the repairs. Overall very poor response to handling this problem. He never accepted that he may have done a bad job or used poor product. Instead he blamed me and said my roof was bad. (FYI- I had someone else look at the roof and the 2nd opinion person agreed the job was done poorly.) Also, be aware that the guy who does the work is the owner of the company so when something goes wrong he's the one you have to deal with. Also he can be hard to reach sometimes. What's important about a contractor is how they handle it when there's a problem- and this guy had a poor response and basically bullied me instead. My tip-- stay away from this guy! And watch out for all the fake 5 star reviews that have shown up since I posted my review. Too bad Yelp doesn't catch all the fake reviews...
