They did a great job on my tint. It looks fantastic and I really appreciate them getting it done in a timely manner. I would most certainly recommend them to anyone who is looking to get their windows tinted. They have a cool little waiting area for you to hang out in if you decide to stay and wait on your vehicle while it's being worked on. It takes about two hours to do the work. My car was $260 plus tax for the tint. I didn't shop around so I'm not sure if that is a good price or not. read more

This place was very helpful. My mothers car had some old tint that another place had put on and it needed to come off. NEW LOCATION IN OLIVE BRANCH -- Bert and Shauna did a great job on my GX460. This is the second car they have done for me. Asked Burt's opinion on what to do on the front Driver/Passenger windows and the factory-tinted rear windows and back. Ended up doing 25% on the front ones and 18% on the rear side windows and 25% on the back to make it light enough to see at night to back up--it the back up cam is out :-) They did a great job as always and start to finish and out the door in less than 2 hours. We wanted to tint Katara's windows so I called around to compare prices. We got a carbon film, which is cheaper than ceramic but won't mess with your keyless entry like metallic will. Most places only have ceramic as an alternative to the normal metallic but it's really expensive. They have Holiday prices on it now that makes it the same price as the metallic. They also have a lifetime warranty on peeling, bubbling, and fading that we can redeem at any SunTek location. read more

Totally worth the wait! If they are so busy you have to book a couple of weeks in advance that says something. This is the 2nd vehicle we have had the windows tinted. They did such a great job and are very specific about instructions to get the max out of the window tint. If we get another vehicle we will definitely be bringing it here without a doubt! read more

* The worst tint job I have ever seen. * Overpriced * Very unprofessional * Not friendly I took my brand new Jetta to install some basic tints, but the end result was beyond awful. The tints were scratched everywhere and when I finally rolled down my windows after 5 days (I gave more than 3 days to let the glue dry) the tint on the part of the window that goes into the seal was already falling off!! When I took my car back to get it redone, the tinter was blaming me for the scratches and that Jettas have tight window seals so its nearly impossible to get the tints on perfectly. Not only did he blame me, the customer, he told me I have to bring my car back at a time that fit his schedule....wtf?! AND he said he didnt do refunds. After a lot of talk he finally agreed to give a full refund and remove the tints. This is the highlight...he removed the tint but left the glue on my windows. Not only was I unable to roll down my windows for months (til I finally removed the glue) but he couldve damage my car's windows!!! If I could, I would rate this place with 0 stars. He was a complete d-bag and ran a business with zero customer service. P.S. After talking with other tint shops in the area, I'm not the only person who has had a horrible experience with this place. read more

I chose this place because I wanted a professionally done tint on my car. I am moving to Arizona in a few months, so I wanted to make sure the tint would be worthwhile. Yes, the price was exorbitant ... but I'm not an expert on tints ... I just wanted it done well. I can assure you that the tint turned out great; it looks beautiful on my car. For $200, I was happy. There was only one area where I found a piece of dirt between the tint and the window, but I'm more surprised that my dog's flying hair didn't get involved. Now, I love the tint and the service was very polite, but they DID leave some black tint scraps (?) on my door arm rest. I had to use a wet paper towel to rub it off in some places ... that's why I took off one star. read more

This place is the only shop I will take my vehicles or recommend to friends or family for window tinting. The owners are professional, pleasant and very knowledgeable about their products and services. I've had a window repair with tinting to match when my car was broken into, also front windows to match a factory tint on an SUV, as well as an all around tint for my current sedan and every time the work has been superb. They are not the cheapest place around but for the price (which is very competitive with other professional shops in town) the quality is unsurpassed; I've had no bubbling, cracking or any problems whatsoever with this shop. They have several options for tinting, and offer other services like headlight restoration and smoking and will even fix a cheap tint job that is peeling. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Their waiting area is exceptionally comfortable with complimentary snacks, coffee and soda; free wifi so I could work while I waited and Satellite TV. It's only taken between an hour or two for each job and I hardly felt the time go by. I just took my brother's car in for tinting as a surprise birthday present and I was highly satisfied. Where do I begin, to say the service was bad is an understatement. I'm convinced that some of these good reviews are friends or fake accounts. The listening skills of who I'm assuming is the owner are horrid. I was very simple in what I requested to be done to my vehicle. I asked for tint that was not see through, as dark as possible, dark tint and 5% (yes I used all of these phrases) multiple times on all of my back windows and the visor, but I guess he was so focused on the fact that I did not want anything done on my front two windows. I said my front windows were fine, he was adamant that they weren't. Like excuse me, am I the customer or are you?? I finally gave in to him doing the front windows 35% even though I already had 30% on them! It took him 5 hours to do it completely wrong!! I get to the shop and initially I noticed that I could still see through my back two rolling windows, but not the small side windows right next to them so I thought maybe it was just me but something told me to check what the paper says to make sure it says 5%, lo and behold it DOES NOT say 5% it says 15%, more specifically it says 15% on the back roll down windows and on the trunk window and 5% on the rear side windows and the visor like what in the actual f word! Who even gets their car tinted like that?! I went back in (because at this point I just paid $374.50 for this) and informed the woman that was at the desk that the tint was not what I requested. She went and told him and he came out saying that it was and tried to say he asked me something he didn't, he never had to ask me anything because I told him exactly what I wanted, we spoke on the phone the week prior to me coming in and I told him and spoke a second time when I arrived for the appt a week later. On two occasions I told him what I wanted, I said I wanted it dark!! And he jokingly said "oh I can make it dark", and I said yes. 5%. He then got noticeably angry and took my key and said it'll be done tomorrow, walked away and slammed the door to the garage on his way out. Now I'm standing there in disbelief. I leave and go back outside still in disbelief but I go inside again to see when tomorrow it'd be done because I have an appt with Chevrolet tomorrow, I had expressed what I wanted, I waited 5 hours and now I have to be without a vehicle again. The lady at the desk went to ask him and he couldn't even give me a straight answer most likely because of his apparent frustration. As much as I hated to because of the time I had already wasted I just asked for my key back and said that I'd be disputing the charge and writing a review of my experience, not to mention I started recording everything after he slammed the door the first time. He said he'd just dispute the reviews, whatever that means. I do not care. I asked for my key back but it was refused, he then went to my car and said he was removing the tint. So I go outside and wait because now I'm definitely disputing the charge, the front desk lady came out and said she's going to refund me my money, GREAT!! I wait for him to remove my tint, he finishes, I go get my key from him and he says "sorry for the inconvenience" wow now you want to use your customer service skills? I get in my car and it reeks of cigarette smoke! I have a child I have to put back in here! Not only that but he left adhesive residue on 3 of my windows, check the photos! Too bad Google doesn't let us post videos but I will be posting it on Facebook. Believe the reviews that says he's unprofessional! I didn't until I experienced it myself! I had my windows tinted in May on my new Civic. The customer service was really great, and the tint is holding up beautifully. The owner and his wife were incredibly nice, very patient with my questions, and completed the job in a timely manner. Yes, it's expensive. It also comes with a lifetime warranty through their company, which is comforting to know if it ever does eventually peel or bubble (though I don't see that happening). There's no funky blue or purple cast to the tint, just a nice dark charcoal grey. They use high quality products and the job they did on my car was fantastic. I brought in my 2013 bmw 3 series to get the carbon tint which is one of the highest quality tints on the market. I made an appointment and was out of there in about an hour. The atmosphere was welcoming, they went over all the options without hurrying me to get my money. Not only that, but they gave me an awesome quote much cheaper than other places in town for a high quality tint. It also made me feel better that they tint cars for the bmw dealership, as I was skeptical about having just anyone work on my car. Ok. For starters, I have never been here but decided to go because TNtint didn't offer anything between 15 and 35%. All of my previous cars were done at TNtint so I should have just kept it consistant. Back window- 2 to 3 bubbles, 2 back side windows specifically where the triangular parts are- not properly done because it's not sticking to the glass, front left window - piece of hair. They mentioned not being able to remove things like a hair because there is nothing they can do about it (prior to me actually seeing my car). This lifetime warranty should mean something especially after no time. I'm going back as soon as the doors unlock. read more
