I completed the extensive records review prior to my visit and included photos of the ultrasound I was given, did he review them prior to speaking with me ? No. Didn't care to ask about my history. I expected I would have smooth, fresh skin after the peel but I've been left with terrible, painful cystic acne which I never get. IN RESPONSE TO OWNER: I followed the instructions clear and through. I still use the cleanser provided. The instructions note to not do any treatments following 2 weeks, nowhere does it say that I should be following up with another medical grade facial within 7-10 days.
