They require you to complete a detailed health questionnaire, which I did honestly. During my first consultation, they refused service and told me I needed medical clearance from my physician. I went out of my way to obtain that clearance, only to return and be denied again--this time because they claimed the letter wasn't "specific enough." I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience because I was incredibly disappointed with my first visit to NakedMD in Chino Hills. I booked a Botox appointment from 10:15 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. and completed all of my medical paperwork online before arriving. I was taken back to a treatment room almost immediately, so I assumed I would be seen shortly. Instead, I waited about 30 minutes before someone came in to connect me with the nurse over FaceTime. That consultation lasted only a couple of minutes, and I was cleared for treatment. After that, I waited another 20 minutes before someone came in to discuss my treatment goals. During the consultation, additional services were recommended, which I completely understand. We talked through my options, and I decided I only wanted Botox. I was then told they were going to grab the product and would be right back. No one ever came back. I sat alone in the treatment room for another 15 to 20 minutes with absolutely no update. No one checked on me. No one explained there was a delay. No one apologized. I genuinely felt like I had been forgotten. By this point, it was around 11:30 a.m., almost an hour after my appointment was supposed to be over. I finally got up and walked out. I told the front desk I was leaving because I had already been waiting well over an hour. Someone asked for my name, but that was the extent of the interaction. I left without ever receiving the treatment I had scheduled. To be fair, every woman I interacted with was kind and polite. The office itself was clean, beautiful, and had a welcoming atmosphere. I also appreciate that they responded quickly when I reached out afterward on Instagram. The reason our communication was through Instagram is because I originally found one of their Botox specials there and booked through that conversation. Unfortunately, while they apologized and offered to reschedule, that was the only solution presented. There was no explanation for why I had been left waiting for so long, no acknowledgment that I had spent over an hour there without receiving treatment, and no effort to make up for the inconvenience. Simply asking me to come back another day did not make me feel like my time or my business was valued. I understand that delays happen. Emergencies happen. Providers run behind. None of that is what upset me. What upset me was the complete lack of communication. Had someone simply told me they were running behind or given me the option to reschedule before I sat there for over an hour, I would have completely understood. Instead, I left feeling forgotten. As a first time client, this was an incredibly disappointing experience. I had been excited to come in, had completed all of my paperwork ahead of time, and arrived ready to pay for my treatment. Instead, I walked out feeling like my time simply did not matter. I truly hope they improve their communication because no client should spend over an hour in a treatment room only to leave without receiving the service they booked. I prefer the fuller look and my main wants were to have more of a "key hole" and I don't care to have a pronounced cupids bow as when I do my make up I tend to line my lips closed on top and she advised what she was going to do to help me get the look I wanted and why she was going to put it in certain areas. Definitely will come back to her for my injectables she has a light hand and she's so sweet! Lip fillers are always a spicy experience because it's a sensitive area, but she is definitely the easiest I've had and I didn't get any major bruising. You will then be seen for the second consultation, where what you are trying to achieve is actually taken into consideration. My injector was nice and actual lip filling took about 10-15 mins. It's been exactly 3 weeks and my cupids bow looks funny. Honestly looks caved/deflated in compared to the rest of my top lip. I massaged per direction from my injector who recommended to begin massaging after 5 days. I regularly massage and this weirdness of my cupids bow is still apparent. She took the time to answer my questions clearly and made sure I understood everything. Unfortunately, my experience with the consultant, Sam, completely ruined the visit. From the start, Sam was dismissive, sarcastic, and made me feel uncomfortable for simply asking questions. As a paying client, I expect basic respect and clear information--especially during a consultation. I asked multiple questions about the differences between fillers, and she couldn't properly explain them. Instead of helping, she stood there with little to no guidance. When Katelyn came in, she immediately answered all my questions and made everything make sense. That alone shows the difference in professionalism and knowledge. After I decided to upgrade my service (because of Katelyn, not Sam), Sam came back in and continued with the same attitude. When I asked one more question, she responded with a snarky comment: "It's like the picture I showed you"--except she never showed me any pictures. That's exactly why I was asking for clarification. The situation got even more uncomfortable when she left and came back shortly after, abruptly asking for payment without ever explaining the process beforehand.
