The tv you get to watch as you're in your bed. Amazing!!!
    Jennifer L.

Amazing place to come and relax. Sweat out all the stress from the week. I work around the clock as a manager so coming here really helps me to unwind. I rarely write reviews but this small business deserves some recognition. Quality experience: Very friendly and you're treated with kindness. The woman who owns the place always checks in often to see how you're doing. You never feel alone or uncomfortable to ask questions. Cost: I've been going for a month now. The package price is great. The cost isn't high, it's a reasonable price. Weight loss experience: I have definitely lost water weight since I've been coming. Highly recommend to do this as an option to detox the body for a wedding or for a party you want to look a little snatched. Hope this review helps anyone trying to find a place for a sauna like experience but in infrared. I feel like I sweat way more doing infrared than I do in a steam and sauna.

Today was my first time trying this out and all I can say is it was such an amazing experience. Jamie was so friendly and attentive. She is truly the reason why it was such a great experience. She kept checking up on my friend and I and keeping us hydrated while we were sweating our booties off. Can not wait for our next session next week.

Make sure to bring plenty of water

Found this GEM on Yelp since I was looking for a nice detox before my wedding and definitely got the job done. Not only did I feel relieved before the big day but had a nice detox after our honeymoon and feel super good. Jamie is very attentive and nothing beats watching a nice series on prime/Netflix while sweating your butt off. I would highly recommend guys and girls to do this monthly, will definitely not regret it and have you feeling 100!

Thanks Jamie for a wonderful experience!! This place is clean and has great energy! Thanks for keeping me at ease, as it was my first time getting this treatment. I highly recommend it for ability to lessen stress levels and muscle stiffness. I felt great all week!! Now im back for #2

Let me start off my saying Jamie is the best! She takes great care of you during your session and also gives Netflix suggestions. The session lasts 50 minutes and is very relaxing. You can feel all the toxins and stress releasing out of your body. I have been coming here for a couple years now and always buy the package, it is a great bang for your buck. If you are looking to de-stress, sleep better and lose weight along the way, this is the place for you. Make sure to book your session today and support your locally owned and operated business.

If I could give more than 5 Stars I would! There is so much to say but not enough space to write it here. What I would like to share first is, the customer service and attention to detail Jamie provided. When I arrived, she was sitting at the front window with an awesome smile. The salon is immaculate! I don't know how much more cleaner this place could be, but it was spotless. The decor and aroma was inviting, relaxing and totally swag. You get your own private room, with various selections to choose from on the television. Just bring your own earbuds or receive a complimentary pair. Once you are tucked away like a burrito, Jamie brings you cold water and checks on you every 15 minutes to make sure you are doing well. Lastly, Infrared Body Wraps in San Dimas is so unique. Let me explain why; all infrared body wraps are not created equal, but the Sudatonic style Far Infrared body wrap (blanket wraps) is by far the most superior of all infrared body wraps, in my opinion. I've had the privilege to have had several different types of heated body wraps and I've also had various types of infrared body wraps. What I've discovered is that, there aren't a lot of spas in between LA and the IE who are offering these particular infrared body wraps and this is why Infrared Body Wraps in San Dimas is such a unique spa. So, if you are contemplating on whether or not to make an appointment, please don't wait any longer, this is the best spa for these types of body wraps within 200 miles of us. The spa is immaculately clean, this is all they offer, its spacious, they have Saturday appointments and your body will start to love you again. I purchased one of the packages and can hardly wait for my next appointment.

    Comfortably experiencing a wrap treatment.

Infrared body wraps has phenomenal customer service which is why I've been getting wrap treatments done at this location since 2013. On top of that, the facility is extremely clean and well managed. The body wrap itself does so much more than simply burn an insane amount of calories and release toxins from my body. I am a runner and I find that regularly getting wraps does a wonder for my muscles. The wrap treatment increases my blood circulation and helps my muscle/ joint pain. The staff is very tentative throughout the treatment- providing you chilled water and a cold towel for your forehead. The 50 minute experience flies by as I am relaxing in one of the cozy treatment rooms watching one of the latest trending shows. Purchasing a wrap package makes the check out process and rebooking an appointment a breeze. I'm looking forward to going back for another wrap next week!

Arms back stomach and face totally drenched w sweat. Basically my whole body is sweaty.

I just really love everything about coming here. Jamie is the best, she is very attentive and helpful. I look forward to each appointment and just love the amount of sweat after each session. I love burning calories while just watching TV in the dark in a hot body wrap... its so relaxing. I have so much energy afterwards and it motivates me to exercise more & to drink more water. The seasonal decor right when you walk in always puts a smile on my face. Everything is clean and tidy. I can't wait for my next appointment!

My elbow must have hit a rock or something else jutting out of the snow on the way down one of the runs. Fast forward to almost four months later and I'm still having pain! I start thinking, maybe I should get this checked out and make sure I don't have a fracture or something. I've never seen an orthopedic doctor in my life--so wasn't sure what to expect. I saw another doctor in this office (Dr. Bouz). He is a straight shooter kind of guy (which is fine with me). The office has the ability to do Xrays internally so there is no need to wait to get them done or for results. The technician who took the pictures for me was a joyful person who I could tell really loves his job. The receptionist was super helpful, patient, and kind from the time of booking the appointment until I left. All around great office visit where I got the answers I needed and in a very efficient manner. I hope to not have to come to this office again for any reason, but if I do, it's nice to know there is a solid choice so nearby. :-)

I was trying to tell him what happened to me in two accidents and which body parts were hurt in those accidents. That's how insurance companies think - per event and which body parts were involved in the date of injury. He kept wanting to go over it by body part. I sort of get that, but come ON! Try listening when a patient is taking to you. "OK, What happened that day? What body parts were hurt? were any hurt on both days?" Any moron should get it. But that's the problem with orthopedic surgeons, they all have a god complex. They want to cut and sew you back together so they can congratulate themselves on their handiwork. I walked out and went back to my general practitioner. That was a probably a mistake on some levels. I might have been able to get MRIs and cortisone shots sooner. I can't help but think that good bedside manner is important. "Ma'am, I can see you're upset. Do your best to tell me what happened so I can treat you." Unfortunately, social skills are often an afterthought rather than millions they are going to make as doctors. My grandfather was a family practitioner and he was nice to everyone. He saved people's lives. And if you couldn't pay, he would treat you anyway. Those days are over.

There was one nice younger lady that tried to help me somewhat. And even though she lacked professionalism also, at least she tried to see if there was an appointment. All in all, I told them never mind and I'll ask for a different referral.l elsewhere. This review is not about the service because I never got to have it, but there needs to be training on professionalism for the front office staff. Especially for folks who are coming in with pain. I was given a treatment plan, 20 sessions of 1 hour of Electrotherapy and Laser Therapy, 3 times a week, at a cost of $12,500 ( it comes to $600 per 1 hour session ), including a consultation fee of $500, to be paid in full ahead of time. After undergoing the first 8 sessions, my legs showed no signs of improvement, the right leg is worrisome as it's still very painful when moving. I voiced my concern to Dr. Al-Selhi and was told it would take some time for the treatments to take effect. At the completion of the 20 sessions and 5 bonus sessions of my treatment plan, I still experience light pain on my left leg, my right leg is still stiff and sore when walking. Dr. Al-Selhi then declares the treatment need to be extended for another 20 sessions at the same cost of $12,500, in order for the treatment to be beneficial. The first $12,500 payment was a big sum that I have ever paid for a medical expense, as the chiropractic treatments are not covered by Medicare or my supplement insurance plan. I can ill afford to spend another $12,500 for a total amount of $25,000.00 In addition, the outcome of the second treatment is uncertain, as there is no guarantee that the legs will be pain free after completing the same costly treatment.

Dr. D isn't a miracle worker.... but.... he comes close to it!…read more I found Dr. D on Yelp (thank you other Yelpers!) and what a difference it made in my quality of life. In March 2022 for at least 3 weeks (non stop) I was experiencing tension headaches (very latent and mild but chronic all day long), jaw pain, clicking when I opened my jaw, cheek soreness, and just overall a lot of pain and soreness on my face! There would be days where the headaches were so strong I had to lay down and at times it would be painful to chew and eat. (It may be helpful to know I grind my teeth when I sleep too....) After researching my symptoms online, I found out they matched TMJ. I went in for a consult with Dr. D which then started my four-month treatment. This included initial full-scan x-rays, along with extensive measurements of my bite (on all angles/sides). My range of motion was definitely limited. I was fitted with a special mouth guard and assigned special exercises to improve my range of motion (just like in regular physical therapy). Dr. D was very pragmatic and realistic about what he could and could NOT do to treat my TMJ. He was very patient in explaining how he was diagnosing me, what the measurements meant, etc. Throughout all of my many visits to Dr. D's office, I never felt like any of my questions were too insignificant. He always took time to answer any and all of my questions with patience and care. Having experienced TMJ himself, I truly felt like he understood and empathized with the pain I was experiencing. (Very impressive bedside manners.) I was also very impressed with the smooth operation at Dr. D's office (Glendora) because every time I went to see him, it was right around the time of my actual appointment. Unlike at other doctor's offices where you may be taken to a room and made to wait another 20-30 minutes before the doctor would actually see you, Dr. D was always on time. Thank you Dr. D for respecting my time as a patient!!! And thank you for your stellar support team at the Glendora office who are always so lovely and polite. I'm looking at my before and after measurements for my range of motion and the data is quantitative proof his treatment worked for me. If you are reading this review, then you may be feeling the same hesitation I did when I read all of the other older reviews. Please go see Dr. D for a consult. Do not wait another day in pain. I know I sound like an infomercial actor but I am not getting paid for this review. I am just grateful for having a normal bite again, minus all of the pain.

When I called to make a new…read morepatient appointment--a standard routine at any other medical office--the stammering person with who answered said he needed to see if someone who did new patient appointments was available and placed me on hold. (Why is someone who doesn't do this answer the phone at all?) He came back and said no one was there and I needed to wait for someone to call me back. That someone had an almost incomprehensibly thick accent and did not seem to understand all I was saying--there was a significant interference with clear communication. Whatever, I figured let it go and I made the appointment, but I definitely was left feeling less than confident. Red flag #1. Then days before my appointment, I am sent what is a freaking masters degree thesis of a questionnaire/registration form: it had to be 18-20 digital pages. Okaaaay, fine, I filled out the typical medical history stuff, which got more and more detailed and intrusive, but then came allllllll the pages about mental health (suicide, depression, ADHD, etc. questionnaires and family histories--but ALSO very personal questions about trauma, even asking about sexual abuse as a child). And then came alllllllllll the pages about pain medication use (what all did I used to take, what do I take now, who prescribed it, for how long, how bad was my pain at its worst yesterday, at its best yesterday, how is my pain now, how much does my current medication help, how long does it last, how effective is it overall, and so much more), THEN came all the forms to sign about opioid/opiate use plus all the questions about drug use--I can't begin to remember them all. I became more and more agitated filling the form out, but FINE, it's done, maybe all of this info will help guide treatment, but Red Flag #2. Then today, my appointment time finally arrives and my husband accompanied me as he usually does to new appointments. I will say the building itself and its location added to the sketchy vibe, but I still put that aside to just go with it. I have a very complicated medical history (including but farrrr from limited to 2 back surgeries and brain surgery) with many overlapping conditions related to those surgeries (as well as unrelated), and my husband is both my support and my advocate. But as I was waiting to check in, I saw a sign posted that as of 7/1/26, only the patient is allowed in exam rooms and not support/advocates/partners. I have never seen this policy anywhere --and I regularly see 7 specialists, and saw dozens during my pre brain surgery years. I understand the practice of disallowing other people for *procedures* and things like echocardiogram/tests, but those are instances where there is no real exam or doctor interaction, so having another set of ears isn't really necessary. But exam rooms? When we asked why, the receptionist said it was because some accompanying people have been combative/aggressive. So...have a policy where such behavior gets them and/or the patient removed from the building, or disallowed from coming back, instead of banning ALL others? And to not have it mentioned anywhere in any of that mountain of intake paperwork, or anywhere in the texts, or any other notice at all? No exceptions? (We asked.) Forget it. Red flag #3, you're out. We canceled the appointment, turned around, and went out the door. I will be calling to make sure my cancellation reason is noted, and not just "patient cancelled," in my file. In summary, my experience left me without confidence in this practice, to say the least. None of the issues in and of themselves would have dissuaded me if they were the only ones, but the combination of them and the no additional person policy was the nail in the coffin. I recognize medical practices are free to have the policies they choose, but in light of everything I am not comfortable establishing care here and will look elsewhere for pain management.
