Showed up during walk in hours and they couldn't bump up my time by an hour to accommodate. No one was in the office. Didn't even budge or willing to do anything. It's a mf test on the computer. PssDrivihgSchool in Parkland has same day openings for skills and driving test. Don't waste your lunch hour here. read more

To start, this is my second student to go through the school. First student, we understood some of the issues due to Covid. Second student woke up with a fever and body racking cough on the day of his first drive. He texted and told the instructor he was sick. He asked about the missed drive fee at that time was told by the instructor that would need to go through the office. We put it on our child to do that to give him the responsibility. Next day of class (3 days after missed drive) he asks the instructor again and was given the owners number. My wife calls the office first the following day (four days after the missed drive) and was told they would email the owner. Following day I call and leave him a message. Day after that (6 days after drive) he calls back and leaves a message saying the missed drive will be charged. I call him back and explain that our child was sick, and that I understand that we might have to pay, but to understand that if our kid is throwing up, or in any way sick for any of his other drives we'll be bringing him anyways. He then proceeded to start accusing us of trying to get out of paying. Says he has already spoken to my wife about this (he hadn't), and accused us of only calling once we saw on the account we were being charged (we have the texts from our son to the instructor). Flat out lied to me. I was fine with paying the fee and moving on until he started lying and accusing. Had he just politely held his ground, would't have been an issue. Frankly, feel he was rude, and is a liar. Will never send another child (I have two more) through this school. read more

This business gets zero star rating. Although I had to give a rating so it's one. I signed up for drivers Ed for my son 18 years old. He could not participate in the class. The cost was a total of $709, with $200 non-refundable. I was ok with that. My son went to job corps before the class began so I asked for a refund of the remaining balance of $509. This was in October 2022. I still have not received any notification or response to my email. They are not very good business people. I do NOT recommend using this business. read more

AWEFUL COMPANY. Do not choose them!!! FILE A COMPLAINT WITH BBB & Attorney General office if they cheated you too. We requested an exception to my daughter being required to restart & repeat a driving course since she was almost 100% complete in her paid course at Freedom Driving School right before her medical emergency. NO RESPONSES TO MY SEVERAL EMAILS (directly to the owner) OR MESSAGES LEFT with gatekeeper secretary who answers the phone and constantly lies on behalf of the owner to protect him. They never responded to my provided proof of a medical emergency hospital visits documents which prevented her in completing the course towards the very end of the course. FreedomDS failed to have the front office administration answer questions, failed to cooperate in acknowledging a medical emergency, and failed to show any compassion and exception for a paid driver. Additional details: Business failed to respond and refused to accept our request. Business has not return any of my numerous emails or phone calls. read more

My son went in and did his permit and he passed and they scheduled him a time to do his drivers test but they didn't give him his permit or any proof of passing it. They were rushing him out the door when they still had 20 before closing very rude. read more

I signed my daughter up here on June 30. Four days before class was to start I received a voice mail to let me know the class had been cancelled and they'd forgotten to call me to let me know. I've called them back numerous times but reach their voice mail every single time. They have yet to return a call. I have driven an hour out of my way twice to speak to Wendy who seems to be in charge. She told me a check would be cut and sent to us from their corporate office. I waited 7 days and received nothing. Called, got voice mail. Drove another hour out of my way to speak with Wendy who then told me the person who writes checks was on vacation. I asked for another contact in their company to speak with and was rudely told there isn't one. She's it. I've done everything I can to try and fix this issue and they've done absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. read more

The most un professional woman I have ever dealt with I feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with her. She did not hesitate to charge my card for the payment but when it came down to lessons she was out of the way so I asked for a refund she sent very rude text responses also she states she mailed my refund over a week ago and I still haven't received it but we live in the same town also she charged me $50 to issue my refund. If only I could put 0 stars. Depending on who you have as a driving instructor, this could heavily affect your experience at freedom. They will literally do anything to pry money out of you. I ensure you that anyone that put down 5 stars probably works at this location. Instructors don't care about molding the younger generation. Although tuition is cheaper than 911, I recommend just paying the extra $100 and getting your kid right because somehow you'll end up paying around the same amount for "late" fees etc. read more

Absolute scam, from the knowledge test to skills test this place will fail you by one point multiple times and take the max points possible on little mistakes so you have to come back in and spend your time and money.Required testing vehicles are old and in bad running condition, instructors give no explanations for point deductions, save your time and money and avoid this place. read more

Dave is a very kind and professional instructor. I had a good experience here having driving lessons with Dave. He has an organized teaching plan for me and a table to keep track of my skills every week. I'm only available at weekend so Dave teaches me every Sunday. The staff here are also nice. Overall, satisfied and highly recommended! read more

Washingtons state testing to get your license is absolutely ridiculous. But my experience at this business was even more ridiculous. Horrible horrible horrible instructors. I've had my license for YEARS and had to take test to renew because it expired, I have never been in an accident and I am a really good attentive driver, I was told I've driven the last few years with horrible habits, and I failed because I didn't have both hands on the wheel. LOL OKAY. Do not enroll your children into these courses and don't go to this business. Waste of money and time. read more
