My technician, Blake, arrived right on time. Blake did a very thorough and professional job. My garage door had become noisy so he checked everything and ended up replacing the springs and the rollers. He checked the opener itself and lubricated it. He lubricated the hinges in the door. The result was a very quiet open and close, and I was very happy. This family owned business is one of the best in the Dallas area and deserves support. Several who claimed 24 hr service went straight to voice mail. The technicians showed up within the first 30 min of the appointment window and quickly diagnosed the broken spring. They also figured out that my "emergency" lock was not even connected. That saved them from having to drill it out and they made quick work of replacing the archaic single spring mechanism with a lifetime dual spring setup AND a lock that's actually connected. It is the quietest this garage door has operated in the 8 years I've owned this house.

I was so frustrated with my garage door situation for several months and finally one day standing outside in the rain trying to pull my garage door down, i decided to do something about it. I called 911 Garage Door Services. Michael, a supervisor, came over that same night, and looked everything over and gave me a free estimate. He went through all the choices and never made me feel like I was pressured to buy the most expensive option. Several days later, Michael called and texted me back and told me that the company was having a door promotion. Wow...a savings that would allow me to upgrade to an insulated door at no extra charge! Finally, they sent over Salvador, one of their installers, to put in my new garage. Talk about super professional and an overall really nice guy. Within a few hours, I had a new garage and I was very pleased. Did i mention their prices were very competitive and their warranty cannot be matched. In all areas, price, quality and personality, these guys are great. My wife said Mike was very pleasant when he came to plan and take down the old door, and I can personally say the final installer was very nice and very hard working. Not only were they the best price for our garage door replacement, they are the kind of people you feel good about doing business with. Our aged door broke on the way out to work, which sucked...oh no, the door is broke...oh no, the door will cost a fortune...oh no, I'm going to have to deal with more dishonest and crappy contractors. Nope, none of that. Best price. Best service. I would recommend these guys 10 out of 10 times. Call them first, seriously. Some others out here suggested their first day was a little goofy. Mine was not. I don't doubt the experience of others, but I know these guys only except the best from themselves. I can only imagine how hard they worked to address any issues that may have come up. I called several garage door companies and I was impressed how quickly Michael, with 911 Garage Door Repair & Services called back. I explained what issues I was having & he gave me an estimate range, based on my description. A few other companies gave me estimates much higher but what really concerned me was the company that would only send the representative out to give an estimate. Michael showed up on time - the very same day I had made my call. He was very knowledgeable and completed the work within an hour of arriving. I was pleasantly surprised when he gave me the bill - it was the lowest end of the estimate he had quoted! Highly highly recommend!! Hands down one of the best businesses I have ever worked with. When our garage door was literally falling off the rails, Mike (the owner) took our service call on short notice, arrived quickly as he promised, and charged no after-hours service fee unlike other companies. Mike quoted a very reasonable fee for the issue upfront, but then went above and beyond by fixing many other little things he noticed were wrong with our system along the way at no additional charge!!! I was so impressed that I offered to pay him more for the extras and he wouldn't take it explaining that he never charges more than the quote. This guy is incredibly talented, friendly, honest and trustworthy. I recommend him whole-heartedly and know you will have an equally great experience with him and his company. read more

Just wanted to give Mike with 911 the credit he and his company are due. Last Thanksgiving "Day" the spring on our garage door broke, just popped in half, out of no where. My husband, on a wing and a prayer, called Mike at 911 Garage Door Repair to see if he might be able to come help the next day. To our surprise, Mike made time to come and fix the spring, on a holiday! Mike was so professional, and ready to help, he fixed the spring the same day! Michael, the business owner, is a true expert in his craft and operates with integrity. It's hard to find honest help these days, but Michael exceeded my expectations. For starters, he was super responsive initially and communicated with me throughout the entire process. He came same day to diagnose my issue and returned the next day, on time, to complete the work. I used this service company on April 3, one thing I forgot to mention was that Michael actually gave me a detailed warranty paper, and quoted a fixed price for if I ever want to replace my garage door --- since it has a couple of bent places already. The price is cheaper than what I expected, and he said it won't increase even the labor cost rises if I use them. I really appreciate it. I recall that a garage door company last year I used fixed a similar garage door and charged me a repairing price higher than a new door installation. That company even didn't care to mention that new installation would cost me less in their quote. read more

Could not believe my luck. Garage door springs snapped with my car inside and I could not open the door. Called three places... First two said they could come out in a few days. When I called 911, I told him my story they said they would try and move a few things around, and a hour later Mike was there. An hour and half after that, he was done and I could open my garage door again. They are a great company, didn't overcharge even though they could of and Mike was very professional. Fantastic service and amazing response time. My garage door spring broke and I called this company at 4:15 pm on a Friday afternoon, surprisingly the repair person was able to come to my house for and estimate that evening. He showed up on time and quoted me a fair price. I was expecting to be scheduled but instead he fixed the door on the spot. It took him just over an hour to fix both the spring as well as the door hinges and included a free tune up. By 6:30 PM my garage door was working again; amazing. My old garage door broke in several places all at once and was no longer working. Michael came out within 24hrs to take a look and identified over a dozen areas where it had been patched up by previous owners. He recommended having the door replaced otherwise I would probably continue to see issues every few months as the door gets worse and worse. Went to open garage door this morning and it would only come up about 2 inches. Turns out a spring broke. Looked at several companies online and decided on 911 Garage Pros. Glad I did.
