Even though I made it clear to my person to never use permanent dye. The other lie was everything was "natural" plant derived. ! She was uncomfortable sitting in the chair and being attended to. This was no fault to the stylist who did an amazing job, but just a personal reaction to be touched and made up. The owner has refused to refund the $200 paid up front and is now saying that the total cost was $200 trial and $200 day of. I had my hair and makeup done for my wedding and this was absolutely not the case at that time. I have never been so offended. Additionally, the tone she took was abrupt and rude.
