Dr Blais then recommended that she could open my upper palette, so I could have a broader smile. this sounded good so she proceeded with my upper and lower Invisalign. I was told this would take one and a half to two years. it took 6 months and $11,000. after the 6 months I was able to get fitted for 6 lower veneers. when all of the work was done my back teeth did not meet, in other words when I closed my teeth there was no contact with my back upper and lower back teeth. this is not good as my front teeth were doing all the work. one year later one of my front teeth broke causing me to have to get a root canal, a post and cap. i have been told that I need 4 caps, 2 on each lower side to rectify the problem and so my back teeth will meet and I will not brake anymore front teeth. do not use Melissa Blais!! Dr. Simon gives his patients options for more complex treatments that are needed and never pushes unnecessary treatment or overly-expensive procedures. My teeth are VERY sensitive and Dr. Simon is always careful to make accommodations to ensure I am pain free for all procedures. The two techs?! *chefs kiss*. My girl, I think her name was, Jasmine, was a god send and kept chatting with me. The other tech was just as amazing! I just don't remember her name. Dr. Lee was AMAZING. He understood that I have major medical anxiety. I asked him to just talk through each step and he did. This really helped calm my nerves. I'm constantly on pain meds now. I shouldn't have listened to the surgeon and just had the tooth removed. it hurt less when the Infected broken tooth was there!
