On Sunday night traveling from Springfield, Mo back home to Corona, Ca we got our first flat tire in our Tesla Model 3 on the I-44 West in Catoosa, OK about 16 miles from our charge point destination. It was getting dark and we were trying to outrun a bad thunderstorm with Tornado Warnings. Thankfully Jason came to our rescue. With my husband and our Frenchie, Jason safely and professionally got us to a hotel so we could stay the night and get our tire replaced in the morning. Jason was very concerned for our safety and made sure we were out of harms way quickly. We are so glad to have been picked up by him last night. Jason was courteous, professional and friendly. I wrecked my car due to some slick conditions i called around trying to get the best price i called 918 wrecker and thats where my search ended the lady i talked to was very nice and helpful she got a truck dispatched out to me very quickly i was quoted a 1 hour wait and the driver David got out to me in about 35 mins he was very nice very professional his truck was very clean he had me wait in the truck where it was warm while he loaded my car without causing any more damage than i already had i will for for sure be calling 918 wrecker again for any of my towing needs read more

Called 918 Wrecker at 10:30 Sunday morning. Was expecting to get hosed on towing fees but that wasn't the case. A professional, polite gentleman and his young helper along with a first class towing rig were there in less than 30 minutes. Towed 4 miles to my home, unloaded in my driveway and helped me push in backwards into my garage. I keeping the business card in both my vehicles from now on and if needed again, wont need to shop around. When our truck suddenly stopped running we called AAA to come tow our truck and trailer. We waited on the side of I40 for hours only to find out the tow truck that had originally been dispatched from another tow service had broken down! AAA got hold of 918 in Shawnee and they came out right away. Billy was great. He took us to an RV park first and got us into a site then he took our truck to the dealership. We were so relieved. I drive an 18-wheeler, and the day before I had been stood up by 2 other towing companies that were supposed to tow my truck to Tulsa. Andy came to my rescue on day 2 of my breakdown, he called as he was leaving Tulsa, arrived in a very timely manner, hooked me up fast and secure, and got myself and my truck to the shop in Tulsa very speedily!!! My car got towed because my son is 17 and tried to park in a private area. It was totally his fault. He's also paying for it. The tow truck company lost a light cowl off of the bumper during the tow. Cost to replace was $35. I called the company, and they were VERY POLITE on the phone (as they were when I picked my car up from tow,) and they had no problem paying me back for the part. I was on a motorcycle trip to Tahlequah with three friends. My bike died unexpectedly in Muskogee. Even worse, it's Friday afternoon on Memorial Day weekend. I tried using my insurance's app for roadside assistance. Their ETA was almost 3hrs. I called 918 Wrecker Service and they said 30 minutes. I called for a wrecker and they were there and literally 15 minutes. The driver was courteous and professional and I was in a spot. Broken down on the highways a lonely experience. This wrecker service is the only one we call! Every time we need a tow they are there and we don't have to wait very long.
