I got them recorded telling me where they towed it from and honestly I don't blame them. all I did was ask them for the photos of where they towed my car from and they have done nothing but give me the run around. they could easily wipe their hands of it if they did nothing wrong with proof of pre tow pictures. they refused so I have to assume their insurance is liable. as well as the company for trying to protect their contract with the apartment complex. got the apartment on video lying as well and now they are just pointing the finger at each other and nothing telling me that it's the other one's fault . either way I'm suing away on this one and they can fight it out in court. if anyone has had similar experiences please get back with me so we can add to it.

This man promised us he would do several things for us and ended up doing NOTHING! He held my truck for almost 2 months, telling me he was working on this and that, and it was all a LIE! I had the money for the engine he said our truck needed and for over 2 weeks I called every day to try to find out who to send the money to and he kept giving me excuses as to why he hadn't done ANYTHING he said he'd do! Then he stopped answering his phone for 2 more weeks He told us the day he picked us up from the side of the road, if we had him fix our truck he wouldn't charge us a tow fee or a charge for storage, but when I caught him lying to me AGAIN and just told him to bring it back to our house that we couldn't keep waiting for him to do what he said he'd do, he taxes on the tow fee and storage fee! We didn't break the agreement, HE DID! Then he doesn't deliver my truck the night he said he would! Wires hanging loose under the hood and engine! They have said for the last year they are looking for another transmission and I called today and still no transmission. I had to put a $1000 down and pay $690 when I picked it up. I am a single mother on Disability and now have no vehicle to drive and they could care less. Please do not take your cars there to be fixed it has been a very costly experience to me and I would hate for it to happen to anyone else.
