The dealer promised to remove the tint, but did a terrible job with the front windows and didn't even do the rear windows. I called Henry and made an appointment. They have four shades to choose from, gave me advice on what would work best for my car, and offered drop off and pick up service so that I wouldn't have to sit and wait for the job to be done. If price is a consideration you might as well pay double at other shops because they will need to do the work twice anyway. Get it done right the first time, don;t go to Starbucks 4 times this week and you will have paid the difference. Support local single operator businesses in your local area. Also thanks to Amanda for having actual customer service, something that is dead in most if not all service industries. Negative reviews on yelp are either full of bull or have a really good reason, also some people are never happy and if you work in a service industry you know that customers, even thou sometimes right are rarely right and are rarely knowledgeable about the work they have asked to be done. I am so disappointed with Henry and his business. My husband and I have brought 4 cars to him over the years. He does good work, and says as long as you keep your receipt he will fix any window that cracks or bubbles over the years. I saved my receipt, and 3 years later came to him because there is a crack in my front window. He claims he didn't do the tinting on the front windows. I know for a fact that he did. I remember telling my husband to make sure they were lighter than the rest so I wouldn't get pulled over for them. After arguing with Henry, we decided to leave. He lies and doesn't stand behind his work. He lost customers today that would've brought future cars here, and given him referrals. Very unfortunate for him. read more

So this company was very quick to schedule us an appointment when all others were booked for weeks. I hate to say but we found out why they had a ton of availability and the lowest price... because once they complete the work they will charge you plenty more than they originally quoted, to the tune of almost $100 more. They did give us a verbal quote and a paper estimate but never filled in the amount on the paperwork we signed. On top of everything else they had advertised on their sign at the shop the price they had verbally quoted us. We had to wind up paying the amount they requested if we wanted our car back. Stupid us we should have known better but this is just downright unethical on their part. So if you are gonna use them get EVERYTHING in writing first! read more

Do not go to this place if you have a BMW. They either just don't know how to handle the dot matrix bubbles or they are not willing to put in the extra effort to remove the bubbles. I had to spend my own time to remove the bubbles. read more

Very good service . Excellent family service from owner and his daughters, very nice people. They took my Toyota Matrix in first day I called and I was happy to pay 300 because they were able to get me in much sooner than every tinting place in the Bay Area . They did all my windows . All professionally done and they finished the job in 30 mins . No hassle . No long wait in the waiting area once I had my appointment . Very informative on what to do once tint was done . I had my new Infiniti G37 sedan tinted at Window Tinting Workz today and was quite impressed with the efforts the team have exerted to ensure customer satisfaction. The final amount charged was $20 lower than the pre-appointment quote provided the previous day. But what made me truly happy was the hassle-free and "No Bullshit" quality guarantee. When the job was done (less than 2 hours for all windows except the windshield using trusted 3M FX-series film), I did an overall inspection and discovered a minor crease mark on the rear window film. Let me first say I was a big fan of 925 Tint, they did a great job on 4 of my vehicles. I hadn't had an issue until a bubble showed up on one window. I remember them saying it was a lifetime guarantee as long as I still had the receipt. So after some digging around I found it and took the car down. The owner disagreed with me that the front windows were tinted by him. Like I said I've had 4 vehicles tinted with him. I haven't gone anywhere else. The invoice was very incomplete and it's my own fault for not having checked everything out and made sure the invoice was filled out properly. But the frustrating part is he wanted to argue his point til the end of time and even after taking 4 cars to him he wouldn't just budge and fix the window. We arranged the time with him, fixed our schedule and he had no other vehicle he was working on. So needless to say I can't recommend them anymore and our 5th car will be going elsewhere. read more

I took my Model S to 925Tint yesterday after making an appointment on Friday. I'd planned on getting only the back (hatch) window tinted (because my dog has been getting roasted back there) but sitting in traffic to San Ramon, I debated whether perhaps the side windows in the back should be tinted also. 925Tint seems to be a family owned and operated business (yay) with the daughter working the front desk and dad doing the installations. They were both great. Service top notch. The daughter walked me through the various options of tint and showed me examples on cars that were parked outside, which made my decisions much easier. There's no up-sale pressure, they are straight forward and super nice people. I asked whether they could do the back windows even though my appointment was for a much smaller job, and they agreed and even moved me up in the queue because i was camping out in their office. My car looks fantastic! I am so happy I followed the recommendation of a Tesla employee who'd had his windows tinted here and drove a bit farther to get this done. Lifetime guarantee is a good thing.
