Great service all around! The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and warm receptionist. I believe she is the owner's daughter. She explained the options clearly and showed me samples of the levels of tint and helped me pick the appropriate treatment for my windows. During the procedure, they offered to give me a ride somewhere local, that was so nice of them, I did not even think they were going to offer that. I don't know if this is standard or maybe they had time to do me a favor. Either way, they were so nice and kind. Got my car back within the 2 hours that they had told me, did a beautiful job! Got my car tinted last month. Bad communication / decent job. Initially quoted $480 for front two/back two/ rear windshield. $520 when I showed up. Price went up to $540 before I left. **Dropped off and they gave estimate of 2.5hrs, they said they would call and/or text. Didn't hear back so I called 4hrs later. They said it'd take another 2 hours. They did a great job on all windows except rear windshield (bubbling on top). **Heavy boot scuff marks on center console and back side of driver/passenger seats. I called 925 tint to schedule an appointment to get my headlights cleaned. Spoke to a young lady who was so nice on the phone she told me bring it down and we will take care of it! Henry tinted my windows about 10 years ago and did a great job. If I was on Yelp 10 years ago I would have given this place 5 stars. About a year ago the tint started forming bubbles in the rear window. Henry claims a 100% lifetime guarantee. Great! It even says so on my receipt from 10 years ago. Awesome! When I called to have my tint fixed, Henry mentioned that the guarantee no longer applies because he switched film vendors sometime in the last 5 years, and that he can't honor his original guarantee. I'm sure I didn't articulate the reason as well as he could, though in my mind it shouldn't matter when you claim "100% lifetime guarantee". If I buy a craftsman wrench with a lifetime guarantee, I'm pretty sure I can get it replaced 10 years later even if the replacement wrench was manufactured in a different facility with materials from a different supplier. I'm just speculating here. The statement should read "100% lifetime guarantee on the materials assuming I'm still in business with the supplier". To be serious, if Henry wants to take the position that he can't make a claim against the previous film vendor with whom he used to do business, then there should be an asterisk next to the "100% lifetime guarantee" listing the various reasons and conditions that would nullify a customer's guarantee. I read on Google Reviews that someone took legal action against Henry and won. Geez buddy, put down the gun -- that's bit overkill IMO. Instead, I'll just take my 2nd vehicle to one of the several 4.5 / 5 star tint specialists in the Tri-Valley. read more

The Livermore location no longer exists. But this business still has a location in San Ramon, which uses this phone number. I wanted to get the windows tinted on my BMW. I searched yelp to find places to call and get prices. This guy wanted $100 more than others in the area (Kartunz and Rocky Mountain). His reason, it's an older car so he may need to clean the glass more. He hadn't even seen the car to be able to make that judgement. I recommend calling other places to get prices before going to this place for window tinting. read more

I am not sure why I waited this long but I'm about to get my second car tinted here. I went in November. They had a sale for Black Friday that they honored even though I went after the sale was over. I had a 2018 Honda touring. They use lumar tinting which no one uses because it's expensive . I called 13 shops and only 4 shops sold lumar the other companies used super cheap tent. The 4 shops that did sell lumar were quoting me $400-$500 to use lumar brand tint. Finally I found this place they not only used lumar tint they did try to rip me off . In fact after comparing prices between all 13 dealers this was THE best deal ever !! I honestly couldn't believe the difference was $100-200 off ! They were very friendly (I think it was a family business. Daughter was working the front desk). They actual drive people to near by shops or restaurants so they don't have to wait at the shop for their cars. When They found out I was coming from far away And didn't have anywhere to go they actually serviced my car first even though other cars were ahead of me just because they knew I had come from far away and had no were to go and wait.. Do you believe that! I mean the services was just amazing and again the price for the quality and workmanship, I know I would have been happy to pay a little more but happy they priced me reasonably (slightly less I'd say) so if you want cheap brands at a dirt cheap cost go somewhere else but know your tint will not protect you from the sun and will probably turn purple by the end of Year. read more

We really needed tint on our sliding glass door because it brings so much heat into our home. Adam (I believe that's his name) called me right away and was able to give me a quote based off of the measurements I provided over the phone. I had already received a few quotes from other businesses and his quote was the most affordable. He gave me a few options and we decided to go with medium tint as it blocks out ~80% of heat. These guys know what customer service is all about. Showed up in the afternoon expecting to be turned away or needing an appointment but they took me as a walk-in estimating an hour. I was out in about 40 minutes! When I first showed up, the girl at the front asked which level of filter I wanted and took me to the parking lot to show examples of all the employees cars to get a good idea of what each will look like. Day 1-walk in at 10am. They tell me to come back at 1pm, because they are working on another car. Come back at 1pm, they tell me to come back at 2pm because they are going to lunch. Come back at 2pm, drop my car off and they tell me it will be two hours to finish the work. I returned around 3:30 to find nothing has been done. Now that I've wasted an entire day, I figure I better make an appointment, so I don't waste more of my time. I call and make an appointment for Day 2. Day 2- I show up 10 minuets before my appointment and confirm with the woman at the front desk that I had an appointment and that the work would take two hours. She tells me that all correct and I leave my car AGAIN. I come back about an hour and a half later, thinking my car will almost be finished. Guess what????? Nothing had been done AGAIN!!! 925Tint / Window Tinting Workz Henry is great. Got a quote over the phone from a few places in the area. 925 was the same price as some others and cheaper than the dealers. I checked the reviews here on Yelp first and realized that some must be from other tinting shops in the area the way they were worded. They offer a shuttle service to take you back to work and pick you up when you car is ready. That right there is a huge plus over others in the area. Henry was supper nice in person, very knolageable and has been doing this for many years. When they brought me back to there from work and as we were driving up i could see my new car with the tint and it looked amazing. I got out and walked around the car looked inside and out and didn't notice anything. a week or so later my wife gets in on the passenger side and noticed that the housing that holds the screw out of site was broken and hanging down in her way of the door latch to open the door. I brought the car back to their shop and Henry was so nice about it. He said that they would try to fix it, if they couldn't fix it he said they would order the part from the dealer to repair my door. They spent over 30min on making it all better and not just rigging it to stay up. huge plus! I had also noticed a small white peice of cloth on the back window, it is out of view and hard to see unless you look really close. Henry said if a bubble forms they will be happy to re-do the whole back window. all in all a wonderful experiance here. i have reccomended them to about 10 co-workers. Great product but inexcusable service. I made a 12:30 appointment for 5 windows to be tinted, over the phone I was told it would take one and a half to two hours. When I dropped my car off they told me it may be closer to two and a half to three hours because the employees needed to take their lunches. That seemed reasonable, but when I came back three and a half hours later my car still wasn't close to done. It wasn't until almost 5 hours after my appointment that I was able to drive my car away. read more

Was driving by after purchasing a new escalade and decided to get tints. While this place is slightly more expensive then other tint shops, the quality of work makes up for it. He does edge to edge tints where no gap is seen; other cheaper alternatives always leave that little gap. Will be definitely coming back to this place. Reviews below make no sense about the bait and switch. I was quoted high on the phone and then I drove up and still got the work done and happy that I did. A bait and switch shop would quote low on the phone and then raise - again NOT what happened here. I made an appointment with them talked to some lady on the phone 1 week prior to the appointment and I take time off work to get there early..... this is important so remember this she told me on the phone "its ok if you are late we will still do the car" I walk in happy a few minutes late and they told me a BMW just got here before you with no appointment and they took him in an told me I would have to wait a whole week again! She was disrespectful about it an told me I shouldnt have been late..... -.- Even though she told me it was ok if I was late. Went here to get my 11 wrx tinted on July 4th. Which shop is open on July 4th?! Personally dealt with Henry (owner) and told my wife and I that it will be a 3.5 hour job. He offered to drop us off at the nearby starbucks using his own car. The job was promptly finished by about 3 hours and picked us up at a different location because my wife and I ended up wandering around San Ramon. Tint came out great and couldn't be any happier! He told me not to roll down the windows for 3 days and that the film and small bubbles should be fully cured in 30days. Honestly, I have not found any bubbles in my car. He even told me that if there are any problems that I find to just give him a call. Henry is a nice guy to talk to.
