As per usual the office was clean, warm and inviting in atmosphere. This was my second therapeutic massage with Cameron, who is new, coming to our community from the Denver, Colorado area, where she is from and had become certified. I knew my first experience with her had been outstanding. She greeted my warmly, and I had prepped well for the massage. She did the customary assessment interview of areas for possible focus, with me giving her a few, but also I've learned that just as a doctor's 'symtoms + blood-test' will indicate an appropriate medical approach, the information that her fingertips on my body would generate would give much guidance on how to apply the beautiful arsenal of therapy that the assembled techniques of massage therapy employ. What does she need from me? Only a little 'common sense' cooperation, while I can take it all in with a relaxed, sweet surrender of my stresses and tensions melting away. The soft, relaxing music she chose was especially happening to be to my tastes. Even if I attempted, I don't think I could have counted all the different approaches she used, one flowing into the next. While even a 90 minute therapeutic massage can't 'last forever', one does carry its benefits forward from the experience, in the hours, days and weeks going forward. I really, honestly believe that many more people than realize it could benefit greatly from this, truly, entirely real therapy from Cameron at Lifestyles Massage & Bodyworks.

Within the first 2 minutes Robert was able to pinpoint my problem spots and work on them in a way where I was able to relax AND get legitimate results beyond my 60 minute session. It was obvious that he has gone through extensive training, and his level of expertise made this massage one of the best I have honestly had in my entire life. He did a wonderful job making me feel comfortable, listening to my goals, and really just letting me sink into the massage table to unwind. Second, I asked multiple times for the masseuse to use firmer pressure and she never adjusted. At the end while paying $63 for a terrible massage, the woman working the front desk said my masseuse can't speak English so she couldn't understand me. Ok, I guess that's my fault.... Overall, I paid for an hour long deep tissue massage and the result was something my boyfriend would do for free while trying to be purposefully bad so he didn't have to do it again. This was a waste of money and time. Oh ps- I read another review about how there's no privacy and I can confirm they left the door to the room I was in open while I was totally topless. Lovely! While it is not cheap, it's worth it. You get ushered back to the bathroom to change. You have your own locker that you can put all your stuff in and lock, so very secure. Very nice bathrobe and sandals to put on and then you go into a waiting room. Very calm and serene. A couple of different flavored waters to choose from and snacks if you're so inclined. Waited in there about 10 mins (you can bring your phone but come on people - you're here to relax. Put the flipping thing in the locker. You can disconnect for an hour). My masseuse came and collected me and ushered me to a nice quiet room. She listened to what I wanted her to do and left me to get under the sheets. The room was nice and warm and I was never cold. The massage was WONDERFUL. I needed a deep tissue and she delivered. Within 2 days my shoulder and neck were worlds better. After the massage they take you back to the bathroom. I super appreciate that there is a shower. The only downside of massage is having that oil all over you and getting dressed again. Loved the shower - very clean and great towels.
