I was told it would be no more than $7 for a 15-minute wash using a credit card. Based on that information, I proceeded. I only noticed today that I was actually charged $15, which is more than double what I was quoted. This feels misleading and unacceptable--especially since there was no clear pricing displayed. I called and spoke with a manager, and instead of resolving the issue, I was told to dispute the charge with my credit card company. That response alone shows a lack of accountability. I will be disputing the charge and filing a complaint with the BBB if this is not resolved. At a minimum, pricing should be clearly posted so customers know exactly what they're being charged.

After I addressed it one guy in particular got upset and had an attitude because they were called out on doing a half ass job. Only complaints I have are, there were no clean towels in the bins to use in the two stalls next to me, so I had to walk across the way to get clean towels. When I went to the bin the towels in there had dirty stuck in them and were super dry. The vacuum to my left, the nozzle fell off so I had to hold hose and nozzle while vacuuming. The vacuum to my right didn't have a pad for the vacuum I don't know if that helps the suction help the other vacuums, but it didn't matter cause the hose had a crimp and wasn't sucking that good. So for me, this location needs to be maintained better. Don't know what happened but I remember it being better.

Last time, I literally had a brush get stuck inside part of my car, and they also messed up areas around the body and mirrors. This location completely changed my opinion though. They handled my car carefully, didn't leave any scratches, didn't damage my mirrors, and most importantly didn't mess up my red paint at all. My car came out clean and in perfect condition. Huge difference compared to my previous experience. Definitely appreciate the extra care they took here. I may try it again sometime as a frequent car wash user. I am writing this to warn others to use this Super Star Car Wash at their own risk. I entered the…read morewash with perfectly intact tires, but my car stalled on the rails mid-wash. An attendant instructed me to turn my wheel to the right; immediately after, my front driver-side tire went completely flat and came off the hubcap while still inside the tunnel. To make matters worse, my car exited the wash covered in thick, soapy residue because the system failed to rinse it. Because I was being forced to tow my car and didn't want the soap to bake into and damage my paint in the blistering California heat, I had to spend my time using their own damp towels to manually wipe down the car just to remove the soap. I certainly wasn't going to risk putting my vehicle back through their malfunctioning equipment. Despite the clear mechanical failure and the fact that I've seen other cars come out soapy on prior visits, management and their corporate office (I was assisted in filling out a customer service form onsite right after coming out of the wash while waiting for the tow that was submitted to corporate) has completely "washed their hands" of the situation. Via a cold email- They claimed their equipment "couldn't" have caused the damage, therefore denying responsibility & leaving me to pay for a tow and a brand-new tire out of pocket. The equipment here is inconsistent and, in my case, destructive. I have canceled my membership and will never return. If you value your vehicle, go elsewhere. UPDATE: The the business reaching out to me and asking me to fill out a customer service form - the same one I already filled out on the day of the incident and was subsequently sent a response from corporate denying responsibility- is laughable. Go elsewhere. If they wanted to make things right they would privately message me not ask me to fill out a form I already mentioned completing.
