I am writing this to warn others to use this Super Star Car Wash at their own risk. I entered the wash with perfectly intact tires, but my car stalled on the rails mid-wash. An attendant instructed me to turn my wheel to the right; immediately after, my front driver-side tire went completely flat and came off the hubcap while still inside the tunnel. To make matters worse, my car exited the wash covered in thick, soapy residue because the system failed to rinse it. Because I was being forced to tow my car and didn't want the soap to bake into and damage my paint in the blistering California heat, I had to spend my time using their own damp towels to manually wipe down the car just to remove the soap. I certainly wasn't going to risk putting my vehicle back through their malfunctioning equipment. Despite the clear mechanical failure and the fact that I've seen other cars come out soapy on prior visits, management and their corporate office (I was assisted in filling out a customer service form onsite right after coming out of the wash while waiting for the tow that was submitted to corporate) has completely "washed their hands" of the situation. Via a cold email- They claimed their equipment "couldn't" have caused the damage, therefore denying responsibility & leaving me to pay for a tow and a brand-new tire out of pocket. The equipment here is inconsistent and, in my case, destructive. I have canceled my membership and will never return. If you value your vehicle, go elsewhere. UPDATE: The the business reaching out to me and asking me to fill out a customer service form - the same one I already filled out on the day of the incident and was subsequently sent a response from corporate denying responsibility- is laughable. Go elsewhere. If they wanted to make things right they would privately message me not ask me to fill out a form I already mentioned completing. read more

That is almost three times the cost of their local competitors It would appear that their focus is on monthly memberships and not the individual cash customer. Not my normal car wash place, but happened by and thought why not try it out. The full monte was a little more than I usually pay at my go to spot...but you got your pick of air fresheners and surface wipes, and all the towels you need. Car wash was effective and happy with all that. The reason I am writing this is because of the customer service I received, in one particular employee...his name was BRANDON. It all started when I pulled up to the vacuum spot...me and the 15lb Maltese in the passenger seat. I got out, and left the car running, with the AC on for the mutt, made sure to unlock the doors then stepped on out to retrieve the vacuum. My hipped nudged the door and then it closed. No problem right? WRONG! In seconds, said mutt walked over to the door and locked me out of the car....keys inside, purse inside, phone inside....and me and him staring at each other through the glass. So panicking i walked over to the employees and BRANDON STEPPED INTO ACTION!!! "I've got AAA Maam, let me call them for you!' He walks with me to my vehicle, inspects the suspect with his tail wagging away, and sees my predicament for what it is...a hilarious goof on my part but there was no judgement from the young man. He managed to get AAA to come, using his app, and stayed with me while we waited, updating me as they got closer. We talked of life, careers and what not, he talked of his Mom and her guidance in his life, I found out he was only 18. I told him I was a mother to 5 sons, and I would have been happy to have called this young man my own. He went the extra mile, he extended kindness to a frazzled Mom, he even tipped the AAA driver for me when he got there. I am writing this post because his Manager needs to know the type of employee he has in Brandon, and hopefully a raise or bonus is headed your way kiddo. This is the worst Car Wash I have ever been a member of virtually every time I go something is broken in the car wash itself, the vacuums are clogged, the entry gates don't work and you stand there waiting to try and get in the staff is unbelievably lazy and sit around doing nothing when they should be attending to the cars. Go anywhere, but this particular superstar. I have tried the ones in Hemet, Lake, Elsinore, and Menifee and have had a better experience. Corporate needs to fire the manager and put in a whole new staff. read more

Not sure what happened to my last review but it was 5 star. I will say that I've been a customer here on a monthly they plan since they opened. Over a period of time I'm not as satisfied, for a few reasons but let's start with the vacuums. Unless it's just fluke, every drying bay that I've pulled up to in the last two months, about 80% have had problems with their vacuums. Now mind you there are two vacuums on each side of your car. There is either no suction, the vacuum is pulled out altogether, or there's very little suction at all. When the car wash is busy, you cannot pull out into another bay to vacuum your car. Even if it's not busy, it's a hassle because usually you have your car and your doors open and things pulled out when you're getting ready to vacuum. I tried vaca on both sides- either didn't work or missing. Please please fix the vacuums ongoing so I don't go to the place that just opened near my house. It's inevitable that these vacuums are going to clog when there's people using them all day. Please and thank you... read more

I went to the new car wash that recently opened on Clinton Keith off the 215. I signed up for a membership. So far, I am impressed with the staff and the wash itself. However, I sold my old car and purchased a new car. I need either change out my old vehicle, or cancel that membership and add a new vehicle. I went to the website "sscwaz.com" that I have previous used - gone! So how do I update my vehicle. (I can't be the very first person to get a new car and need to update my membership? Maybe I am.). There machine sprayers never work they are still broken so I'm not sure who does repairs at this store but I would not recommend going here if you want to be satisfied about your wash. New car wash recently opened off Murrietta Hot Springs and Delhaven. They currently offer free washes in celebration of their grand opening. They also have specials on their monthly wash packages. Cost wise, it's less than the monthly wash package I had at another location. The wash itself it solid. Various brushes inside the tunnel as well as an undercarriage wash. I've noticed with the recent rains that water beads much more from the wax they use here than my previous wash location. Fans blow most of the water off after the wash upon exiting the tunnel. Multiple drying stations around the exterior have vacuums with two types of tips, air compressors (for blowing out water from in and around cracks and joints around your vehicle and to fill your tires if running low). They also offer towels for finishing drying the last drops of water from widows and the body. The staff I've come across have all been super friendly and helpful. I would agree with other reviews that they should give the air freshener a little earlier in the process rather than waiting till the car is already in the tunnel. But not to take away a whole star. Not quite sure how someone else got "soaked". Maybe roll up your window a little faster... ‍. Just a thought. Keep on Yelp'n! read more

The guide rails in the wash tunnel heavily damaged my left front wheel. At the end of the wash, my entire car jolted from left to right, upon immediately parking I noticed the damage. Took pics with my phone and went to the "manager" and asked to see the video from the wash tunnel and he said, "Oh I don't have access". Total BS!!!! Filled out some lame service report paper and it took two weeks for "corporate" in Arizona to respond. They said it wasn't the fault of their equipment, more BS. This company doesn't even list a phone number and the person who emailed me would not give me a phone number to "corporate" when I asked. This was my first and only time here and obviously I'll never be going back. Super Star car wash is incompetent as a company and I would highly suggest staying far far away from here. George, whoever he thinks he is is the worst customer service agent you guys have at your location off of Winchester and Murrietta Hot Springs insisting on trying to enforce rules he has to abide by on me. I smoke cigarettes never have had an issue with any other member drying their car while doing so and anytime in California. You are outside unless posted to keep away from doorways you are allowed to smoke. George thinks because the open air canopy is above you, you can't smoke like it's an enclosed building. I would suggest on having him not harass me anymore as if he approaches me again about the subject, and I have informed him about the laws I will be seeking discrimination compensation as you have now harassed me twice and legal actions will be taken next time. Stop harassing your customers and just do the job of washing the windshields like you're supposed to. read more

The claim was reviewed and denied, even though the damage occurred when the wash equipment malfunctioned and failed to sense the height of the Jeep. I've only made this review because I just had to.horrible experience, the wash was bad, didn't clean the car well, but I get that at these kind of places. what was the worst was the customer service. I had one guy coming up to me rapping something and when I asked for the regular wash he gave me attitude about not getting a membership or more expensive washes. I asked just to get away fro me and then he got upset and ripped my receipt out and crumbled it up. I then asked for the supervisor and he told me that what they are supposed to do. throw away people receipts! I then just said forget it I want a refund and he said they don't do refunds so I had to go through the car wash. I tried going online to make a complaint but there is nothing. Never ever go here! This is a great car wash. I appreciate Mike, your new manager. He is the reason I did not cancel my membership here and go to the competitor. I have had my membership since this location opened and had a hard time getting the license plate reader to read my new Mazda CX90. I was always held up when trying to enter the car wash. Instead of fixing the issue, they stuck a big ugly sticker on my windshield with no coating to protect it from the elements. Then, the ink ran and faded and I could not easily peel this off, whatsoever. Thank God you hired Mike and other great, clean staff members. The service is excellent and in 5 minutes or less he fixed the issue and took the time to remove the sticker. What I also like about Super Star Car washes is the drying/vacuum bays and the fresh, clean damp towels we can use to really clean and dry our cars. Thanks again! read more

I drove by several times and noticed "free car wash" sign. Even though I already had a monthly membership at another car wash I decided to stop and try it (who can resist anything "free"). I am loyal so wasn't planning on canceling current membership but that all changed after the first car wash. When I drove up the attendant was super nice and he explained about their membership. I told him I was there for the free car wash only. With a smile he open the gate so I can get through. After the initial wash I drove up to get my car vacuumed. To my surprise they had both an air compressor and towels to dry the cars. They also had air for tires and a floor mat cleaner.... All for free! NO TIRE-SHINE FOR OVER 6 months They charge for tire shine, I've had their unlimited membership & have had TIRE SHINE sprayed on my tires only " 1Time " I've emailed numerous times & no reply other then they will get back to me, I've asked the attendants several times & they all have said oh the tire shine machine I hasn't worked, Today I walked in the office at the location to learn they are under NEW management now & a truck ran over the machine last week (it has not been working since shortly after they opened.) and it cost 10,000 to fix. The Manager on duty said oh we have little bottles for you if you need tire-shine & walked away, so after I asked the sweet attendant gal for the tire shine she couldn't locate any, she then went to look for the Manager on duty again & he advised he to hand me a large spray bottle that was not even labeled who knows what was in it. I told her no thank you, I appreciate your help... Bad service from the Manager & false advertisement, every member paying for TIRE-SHINE IS NOT GETTING WHAT THEY ARE PAYING FOR . Sign up for monthly car wash plan. Had to change card online. You can't, it won't let you. Any card, no matter what Send an email. Get no reply. Send another email, get a reply that says they are looking into it. Days later get another email saying to change the card in the portal. Brilliant. They continue to attempt to charge the old card now more than a dozen times. And won't stop. After all this, here's the most asinine part. The other suggestion they had was , and I quote " or you can respond to this email, and I can update your information on your account. Just need the card number, expiration date and CVV." These idiots actually requested that I send , via unsecure email across the open internet , my full credit card details. They clearly have zero experience in handling payment gateways online and have zero training in keeping their customers data secure. You've been warned. Update: The below response from them is a perfect example. You post a review about your ridiculous experience with emailing heir customer service , and they reply by telling you to send an email to customer service. I dropped into this car wash and was immediately given papers to sign, the guy was insistent and I was in a hurry, I signed and gave him my email ( I was told that I could not get the car washed unless I signed? I should have backed up and driven away. As a result, my new Tesla had fine scratches all over the hood and to add insult to injury I am now receiving a bill for 22 bucks monthly (a ridiculous price to wash a car) they would not take cash, now I must dispute the charge as they charge me every month whether or not I get my car washed? Breaking Point on having dirty rags put back into clean bin. I live right here in the community of this car wash at Murrieta Hot Springs and Winchester. When this car wash came I was absolutely pleased. I joined it early as a member and use it at least twice a week. HERE IS THE PROBLEM: I have noticed over the last 3 mths every trip to the car wash the CLEAN BIN has dirty rags verses clean rags. Just today I reached for the rags and food was just smashed all thru the clean rags. I went to another bin rags were dirty as well. WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THE MANAGEMENT HERE AND QUALITY PF SERVICE? I have to move my car from one stall to the next just HOPING the rags are not dirty ones. TO THE GM of this car wash please take care of the community as we are investing in you with our money. No one should have to deal with dirty rags in the clean bin. The sad thing is it keeps happening on each visit. Others next to me are seeing the same thing. DONT LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS, This car wash was amazing, I have a very dirty jeep and it got all the muck off! At the stations I can put air in my tire AND they have towels for after drying! Also big shout out to Chris for helping me take my antenna off!!! No clean towels available to dry afterwards and it was early morning so no way they had gone through all these towels, it's just not maintained. The pressure on the vacuums is so low and some were not even working. A complete waste of money and I won't be returning.
