(whatever the term is aha)..I had to find someone to possibly assist me w/ a Vinyl Decal for a Quote super last minute for my graduation cap design. I had someone originally, but they told me last minute they couldn't do it so I was in hunt mode. And it's hard to find the type of business you may be looking for when all you want is a quote because lots of places are doing more shirts or bigger ticket items. Anywho, she was able to speak w/ me. And we discussed some options for how to proceed. We even got as far as designing what I wanted. She was honest with the unknowns and potential issues regarding what I wanted. However, time was just not favorable on our side. So while it would've been great if I could've messaged her earlier to get it done, I appreciated her coming through with my last minute request & trying to help me even though it didn't work out in the end. It was the effort that really showed me she was at least willing. Everyone else I tried to contact either dropped the ball on communication or was online & id have to wait for shipping, and I wanted someone local for obvious reasons. She's very communicative which is also a plus in the business world.
