I said yes and the cat had pissed on the couch and loveseat. They arrived and started cleaning the furniture then the carpet. It looked good until it all dried. Streaks on the furniture and the carpet. The smell was horrible. I called the next day for them to come back out to redo the job completely. Well they showed up around 1:30 pm and told me it would require another $100 to redo the job. I'm stuck had to pay for them to do the job right. The carpet cleaning company you definitely should stay away from is Stanley Steamer out of Phoenix Or. they will do the job half assed and then charge to redo it. I am NOT a happy customer. Do not use them. This is a small valley they service so word will get around how they do business.

I moved into this house in early October and the last owners had some strong stains on this light carpeting, and I tried several carpet stain removers to remove then, and nothing worked. Bob and his assistant not only removed those stains but he also repaired a section of the carpet where the last owners dog, ate through the carpet! Bob is a genius when it comes to knowing how to properly clean carpets. He's also a lovely, friendly man, of integrity. I can't recommend him enough.
