That is the most abysmal response I have ever heard. I wanted to give them a chance; I've been with this company for years, and they charge whatever they please. If you let them walk all over you as a customer, they just treat you like an even bigger idiot. They simply wash their hands of the matter, claiming it's not their fault--that the Apple Watch isn't a "T-Mobile watch," but rather an "Apple watch," and that if I didn't like it, I should have bought it somewhere else. It was a ridiculous argument. I repeated to her that T-Mobile itself had shipped the watch to me, yet it turns out they claim it doesn't belong to them. She suggested I call the insurance provider--another way for them to wash their hands of the issue--or that I add a new line just to activate the new watch. I would never recommend T-Mobile for anything--absolutely nothing. Be careful; remember, all they care about is making a sale... What a disappointment this company is...

Got scammed into a contract by the manager around a year ago just so they get that commission and they added a couple boxes and told me they were giving them to me and my wife and don't tell you you are being charged for them more commission money. Once I started having problems I called customer service hours on the phone they never told me I can't have internet for my house at all because of my address and finally the last customer service representative looked up my address and told me I can't have their service at all finally a person that was truthful. I quit making payments on the phone do to a fraudulent contract and they took me to collections on a fraudulent contract how stupid is that. Also if you're late on your phone payment they will text you that you have 40 sexual texting complaints against you and I had to tell my wife what I was being accused of and at the time my wife was on hospice care . Ya I got a hold of BBB let them know what was going on with T Mobile. A couple days later or so the guy in charge of my complaint called me and told me I was not liable for the phone or contract anymore lol. The guy in charge of my complaint told me the way they signed me up at this store wasn't fraud well BBB thought differently lol. This store and almost everyone from T Mobile customer service representatives literally lied to me on the phone never telling me I should not have internet through T Mobile at all. One representative told me it was an Apple problem or facebook problem. Good luck people if you want to do business with scammers fraudsters and liars. This 99 Cents Only store is my go-to store when I'm in the high desert. I've been to the one in Victorville, but I prefer this one in Hesperia. It's usually organized, but there's been occasion when it's a little messy. You can find some neat stuff here... you just need to walk through the aisles and seek what you're looking for. Surprisingly, they do have a good selection of a variety of goods and foods, too. They have a refrigeration section and selective fruits + vegetables area. I normally buy baby wipes, ear buds, b-day cards, maybe some candy, etc. Staff is usually pleasant. You can't beat 99 cents for things that may cost more elsewhere. Sometimes I come here first before going anywhere else. Location is in a small plaza. Parking is plenty. Just because it's 99 cents doesn't mean it's the cheapest. I have found in the past for the same item, Walmart or Target may be cheaper or at the same price. If you find yourself nearby and need to pick up something quick, come on by and see if they have it! I arrived around 1:30 a.m. to find the front doors locked, but it was easy to use the phone outside to reach the front desk, and I was buzzed in within seconds. Quick, smooth, and reassuringly secure. The late night check-in process was hassle-free, which is exactly what you want after a long drive. The room itself felt freshly renovated, too. Everything looked, felt, and smelled clean, modern, and well maintained. It was also impressively spacious, with plenty of room to spread out, a comfortable bed, and a convenient in-room mini fridge (which, the older I get, is one of the best perks of staying at a Hampton Inn). The free Wi-Fi worked perfectly, which is always a plus when you just want to unwind and watch YouTube videos before bed. In the morning, the complimentary breakfast was pretty standard. I never really eat breakfast, but they had a small selection of hot (and ultra processed) breakfast foods like premade English muffin and egg sandwiches and sausage patties. I opted for a small container of strawberry yogurt. If you travel with a fur baby in tow, the hotel was very pet-friendly. I noticed that they even have a little doggie water bowl in the lobby, which is a thoughtful detail for anyone traveling with their four legged friends. I wish my cats liked to travel. Parking was free, plentiful, and well-lit, and the surrounding area felt very safe. The hotel is located in a suburban-style area near office parks and a mall, with tons of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. I could see that being super convenient if you're staying longer than a night. The only downside is the price. I paid around $200 for one night, which feels a bit steep for the area. At least the quality of the room, the cleanliness, and the overall service made it feel (almost) worth it. I also loved that it's a completely non-smoking property, which really adds to the fresh, clean atmosphere. Overall, this is a reliable, comfortable, and well-maintained stopover hotel. They told me that complimentary breakfast was included and there is coffee and tea available in the lobby at all times. My room was accommodating with 2 queen beds, a desk and chair. The bathroom had the normal amenities. It's a good hotel located close to the foothills, Ontario Airport, Ontario Convention Center, and shopping at Ontario Mills.
