I am a costumer of Acai Express Campo Rico, every week I buy the classic add strawberries and no honey (the way my daughter allways ask for) . The product is excellent and its whorthy. Today I orsered the same but came home with coconut instead of acaí. I called them and a guy answer and I went back with rhe whole item to change it for the original,,, Ay ay ayyy! They refuse to change it, later on a supervisor came from outside and just told me there is no way I can change it. I was frustated, the supervisor called a woman who stormed into the store direcrly to me in a very mad aptitude. She said ; " and what donI do with your returned product? Ibtold her to comp it and be polite. They told me thatvthe customer dont allways have the right. I left tje produvñct in the counter and buy a new one from Señor Frappé. I am upset. All my life working in Hospitality buissnes and did never expectes that. That woman or man I dont know what is that person really upstet me. First time doing this king of complainig. Açaí Express was definitely my go to healthy spot to go after each workout and gotta love the fact that it's a food truck but they have a drive thru area which is very rare and cool at the same time! The best place to get açaí bowls. Aside from the bowls they also sell Pitaya Bowls, Natural Juices, Smoothies, Lemonades, Pikolé (aka Paletas or Ice Cream Pops), Artisan Toast, Coconut Bowl & Milkshakes! The ingredients are fresh and there's a lot of variety when it comes to toppings. The size of each bowl are very decent and very filling sizes. Creating your own bowl here and watch it be built is a work of art. They have a tiny area to sit so I recommend drive thru and take it with you! Plus mosquitos in Puerto Rico are something else! I highly recommend anyone looking for a healthy bite to visit and enjoy their deliciousness of variety! read more

I ordered a Ma'berry smoothie. Any smoothie can have protein added so I added this. The smoothie was very tasty, filling and fresh for a day of walking. It was rich and smooth and really was a winner. It's a bit pricey, but average for an Açaí place. It's worth the price for a fresh fruit drink which traveling and active. The service was quick given that it was early lunch hour when I visit. read more

This truck is the cutest! We ran into it while traveling the roads and I got a Pikole in the fruit flavor Guanabana with coconut oil topping! It was so good and refreshing! My sister got the Valentine Bowl which had Nutella in it she loved it! She wants to go back before we leave! This was such a cool experience I learned just how popular Açai bowls are in Puerto Rico! It's yummy, the açaí has really good flavor. I'm not sure the pineapple was fresh (tasted like it was canned) but I still very much enjoyed it. I don't like bananas so I asked for them to be removed, however they were still served to me :(. Also, they were out of mangoes so I requested extra pineapple. Despite those three issues, I would definitely return based on the overall taste and appearance of my bowl. read more

Wasn't the best Açai bowl I've ever had. Had to wait a little bit to be served because there is only one employee. When I got the bowl it looked so delicious but when I took the top off a good amount of the fruit fell off so that was kind of disappointing. The fruit I did eat though was really fresh. There was tons of granola and not a lot of Açai like another person mentioned. It was an okay snack that held me over but I'll probably pass on coming back. read more

Service: It's a small food truck so the wait might be a bit given there only one employee. But it's not a big deal at all. They also have a drive through surprisingly! Ambiance: They have limited seating but it's right 9ut near the beach so the sea breeze is incredible. It feels super refreshing eating the cold tropical bowls with a nice breeze in the shade. Food: The available bowls aren't anything crazy spectacular or different from anywhere else, but they're very delicious.
