Long story short, the very nice and patient sales lady helped us find the proper size and color suit, vest, pants, shirt and tie, and everything cost us a third of what it would have cost us at the other stores! I was very confused but proceeded to try the one pair of shoes on. Still unsure if the other pair were the ones he had set aside for me. Christian saw what was happening and quickly checked on me to see if everything worked out ok. After him reconfirming the shoes and shoe size. Returns are only issued within 30 days as store credit only, then the credit cannot be used the same day (24-hour delay), and it expires within 30 days. I told the cashier before purchasing that I might need to return items and wasn't given any guidance. There was also no manager available to help when issues came up. The policy may be posted, but it is not explained, and the overall experience felt very inflexible and frustrating. Just make sure you are 100% certain before buying. I will be using my credit app after I drive all the way back to the mall and then I will never ever be back in their store again.
